We surely hit a jackpot finding this property in Agoda. It can exceed one's expectation, considering how affordable it is. I thought the location would be an issue since it's not located at the town's center. But just outside the property, lots of tricycles pass by and can get you anywhere in Vigan for just pax. It's also just a walking distance to the market and the bus station. Ate Shirley is very friendly!!! She always puts on a smile and made sure that all our concerns are addressed immediately. She's assigned in the reception office but also helps other staffs that are assigned to clean the rooms whenever she's free. The owner is also easy to contact and very approachable! I just hope they renovate their facade so that it'll be more recognizable coz they deserve to be well-known!!! ❤❤❤

Best Value for Money and Excellent Service ”
We spent 2 nights here. On our third night we were suppose to stay at a different hotel in the city center but decided to stay at Happy Gray for our last night because we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is ultra cozy, the owners provide the best service, the rooms are super clean, the property is brand new, and the location is only 1km from the center of Vigan or Crisologo. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Vigan and I’d definitely stay here again when I go back. Thanks for a lovely stay Happy Gray!

The title for those who will go and stay there, you’ll get it. I was traveling solo for the first time and had a great experience. The owner is very nice and the location is just 5 mins walk to Calle Crisologo. I wish the wifi would be stronger cause My room is at the very end so I have little signal. But nonetheless it is a very nice stay. If i will go back to Vigan, I will definitely stay here again.

I think this is a fairly new hotel since the third floor is still under construction. But the place was clean and quiet. Staff was also accommodating. They also provide clean drinking water as long as you have your own tumbler. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

It was my first time in Vigan and was also traveling alone. I had a cute room with cable TV, and the AC was working properly. I love that it's near the tourist spots like Calle Crisologo and the like. You can walk or you can ride a tricycle to go around. They provide free water :) you just have to bring your own tumbler tho. The wifi connection was okay. And the place itself was relatively quite so you could properly rest. Bathroom was clean and the room was clean. And most especially the staff were kind and accommodating. I'm sorry I didn't get all of their names but they did an awesome job :). Would recommend this place to family and friends. Will definitely stay here again :)

Place is clean, and comfy. Plus the location is within Vigan lang so you can walk going to Calle Crisologo. Accomodation is very cheap.

Very highly recommended. Super clean, very nice shower and great hosts. We ended up staying four nights. Just because there’s no restaurant at the hotel and not a few steps away, my rating would have been more than 10. If ever we come back to Vigan, will definitely stay at this place again. Great Value for money, could improve”
I think this is a new place and it is just almost 2-3mins away from Calle Crisologo via tricycle. It was just a bit disappointing when we arrived at the room and sat on the bed, we immediately smelled something stinky with the pillow sheets. At first, we thought it was the sheets but we did smell the pillow as well and they smelled like some person's sweat. Maybe it's just a one off but I hope the management gets to see this to ensure quality especially when it comes to hygiene is not being neglected.

Pros Can’t say enough how relaxing stay we had. The place is immaculately clean. Shower feels great, with hot water and good water pressure. The hosts, Hydie and Henson, (locally owned) are super nice, very helpful. On a busy street, easy to catch tricycle but you won’t hear the noise in the room. 5 to 10 minute walk to restaurants, bus station and Puregold, but not a problem with us. Con. Nothing
