Really nice Modern apartment hotel”
I was mostly pleased with this place. It looks simple on the outside but they've got technology on the inside. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and felt homey. They had everything you could think of for cooking. Pans, plates, utensils... a modern electric stove. The only thing felt missing was an extra fan for the second bedroom. They thought of everything else. There are sofas and chairs and a dining table for everyone. There's a modern bidet in the C.R. which shoots out the water in the bowl. For me as a westerner though, the bathing space was not adequate and a bit awkward. It seemed unusual to bathe right by the wash sink, though I've seen this design in other places in the Philippines. Their elevator is spacious and convenient as the hotel takes up at least 7 floors. We may stay here again if we are travelling in a large group. I do hope they start accepting online card payments in the future though, instead of cash on arrival.

Pet-friendly accommodation with friendly staff”
We were happy to have found this accommodation that allows our furbaby to stay with us. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained except for one of the toilets that seems to be clogged. All the things you need for cooking and dining are available for use. There were also soap and shampoo for shower, but you have to bring your own towels. Toilets have bidet toilet seats but you have to bring your own tissue paper for drying.

It's a good decision that we choose Zenmist in our stay in Baguio. Their room and provided things are already there. We don't need to request from them. They also have wi-fi connection and Netflix.

Our go-to-place in Baguio”
We've stayed at this place many times and we're always happy with our stay, except for an incident wherein there was a burglary that we lost a big amount of money. We reported it to the management and the police but we cannot properly follow it up due to our short and busy stay. But even what had happen, we still stayed here on our latest trip to Baguio because of the location, cleanliness of facilities, value for money, and for being a pet-friendly accommodation.

The unit is spacious and has hot shower, TV, 1 Fan, Ref, induction cooker, electric kettle, rice cooker, plates, cups, spoon, fork, and cook wares. Although a microwave oven can come handy if they have it. We are able to have a comfortable stay at the unit. The area is like walking distance to burnham park. The only con is the parking. Limited space and at time they will ring you in your unit because someone have to leave.

- Located behind Crown Legacy Hotel in Kisad Road, very accessible to Burnham Park. - Approachable staffs, very accomodating and easy to deal with. - We had a comfortable and safe stay, their 2 bedroom condo unit is affordable and can fit up to 6 pax.

The unit was not ready upon check in at 4pm (norm check in is after 2pm) No towels, bed sheets and worst case is no toilet paper in the comfort rooms. In addition the property is very hard to find since it is tucked in a rough road (under construction) inward with no clear signs. Noisy neighbors at night.

No electricity for 12 hours during our stay. They have generator but only works every 2 hours. They should have 24 hours generator. No staff answering when calling them. No garbage collection( almost 3 days stay and no one getting it. No tissue and towel replacement for 3 days. Poor staff and they said the owner was the one who recommend for that every 2 hours generator. If you book then thats the time they are fast and they will email you MANY TIMES. Overall 3 out of 10. Not recommended

The rooms were clean. Hopefully maayos lang yung road not safe for kids and older people. In regards with the room missing small things like kumot extra beddings. Dumating po kami brown out its understandable pero sana may candle or light na provided nung magdidilim na. Anyways its ok for a group stay din kasi malakilaki yung space
