Clean and Cozy”
When we got there it looked pretty nice and then we stepped into the lobby and it was welcoming. When we got to our room it was nicer than other places. No bugs and everything was clean. We slept very well and I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

Great place but...”
We have stayed here many times and the staff has been absolutely terrific. This visit, there was a room door that had been opened all night so we advised the manager who was not at all appreciative or thankful for the information. Guess it wouldn't have mattered if the room had been destroyed or items stolen.

It was okay for the price - BUT…”
My only issue was the “continental breakfast”. The coffee machine was broken the entire time (2 nights / 3 days), and the food provided was sub par. After spending $400 I expected more. Coffee at least.

Pet Parents, This Is the Place!”
Wonderful staff. When electronic door lock died, stranding me outside in pjs and bare feet at 1:30 AM, they immediately got me back in, moving my family and pet to premium room.

Really like being able to bring my chihuahua without having to pay additional fees. Hotel was convenient to downtown, the beach, and shopping. The price was amazing for the weekend of the 4th of July compared to most other hotels! Loved having a balcony pool view!!!

Good Place to stay ”
The only complaint I have is I work overnights and stayed 2 days and wanted to sleep all day cause I’m a nurse and work 7p-7a and I got a call from the front desk at 9:15ish saying the power will be out until around 2. So I had to get up and go stay at the beach for most of the day and try to sleep while they fixed their power related outage. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet. Older lady and younger lady. Very sweet and kind. ♥️

Hotel was awesome appeared very clean staff very nice downfall was we couldn't use the pool sign on pool said closed department of health which was very concerning to me about everything else it would have been a deal breaker for me if staff would have told me the pool was closed upon booking room I would have gone elsewhere

Great hotel for the money”
I visited St Augustine with my son and found the hotel just right. Ample space for our fishing gear, quiet, and a good value. It’s a bit more of a drive to the beach and inlets, but that’s a good trade off for the space and price.

Good experience”
My family and I had a good experience, we came for the night of lights. The pool pump was broken so it was a little bit of a bummer since there pool looks really nice and big but I understand things happen. Room was clean, bedding was nice as well. I do wish they had other drinks at there breakfast besides coffee, juice and water would be nice to have as an option as well for the kids. Overall a good experience. Would stay here again
