Staff was always courteous and visible. The place was extremely clean and well kept. Pool was very clean....no complaints at all!

So this best western was one of my favorite hotels out of the many ive stayed in, if you do decide to stay here get a room by the indoor pool! (Especially in the colder months, you won’t want to get out of the pool and run outside to your room with wet clothes) there is a bathroom there so you can change but so much more convienient when ur in the same building. Around 30min to gaitlinburg and close to everything else. The rooms aren’t updated but are clean and pretty big by the pool. Staff is very friendly.

This Best Western is all about the money. Small 32 Inch TV in Room. Do not clean rooms but empty trash and leave towels at door. Have to ask for everything from toilet paper to extra towels. Building is cold in hallways. Rooms need updating. Overall rating is 3 out of 10.

We always love staying here but the floor in townhouse room 301 was filthy my Grandson was crawling on floor and he got filthy !

Everything was as expected. Had a couple of issues. Hand held shower head broke and remote control to television quit working. Called front desk and maintenance was there within minutes and fixed both problems. Replaced shower head and replaced remote. With service like that don’t know how you could go wrong.

The beds were very hard. Neither one of us could sleep.

Slept in my car”
Although it was a good location. The room smelt like acetone and the ac made such a loud noise every 10-15minutes I couldn’t sleep. I went and slept in my car. My husband and son can sleep thru a nuclear war so they slept fine. When told the front desk they said oh sorry. And then pretty much looked away. Very disappointing.

Great value for the money”
Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had friendly staff. Every time I passed a cleaning person they asked how we were and if we needed anything. For just under $200 for the weekend and located next door to the Doxoe Stampede and just over a mile from the Island, you can't beat it for an affordable getaway.

convenient stop on long drive”
Served purpose well - clean and comfortable, very easy access from the highway and could park the car very close to the room. Staff were quick and efficient. the free breakfast was very good and their was a very good restaurant across the road which I used for dinner. Like all Best Westerns, the room and bathroom were spacious.All in all a very trouble free stay - I would use the hotel again.
