You can't ask for more: convenient location, within 2 minutes from the airport, cleanness, very spacious room great bed and high quality bedding, soft white towels, friendly staff. I wish all hotels would be like Clarion Copenhagen! Highly recommended!

Would not supply bill statement ,charged me twice, did not respond to second mail asking some security questions applicable to my credit card. Had 48 hours of worry because they would not respond. If this is "customer service " that is standard in this hotel i would not recommend it. Very sad!

Noget forvirrende tjek in kl 04.15 ”
Godt hotel, men da vi ankom med 2 små børn kl 4.15 om natten, var det en ny dato, og derved var vores reservation pludselig for gammel…vi havde gjort opmærksom på at vi ankom imellem 04.00-05.00, så det tog ret lang tid. På familieværelset var der ikke redt op, og det måtte blive et almindeligt værelse med opredning, fordi vi ikke ankom kl senest 01.00. Til morgenmaden var flere ting udsolgt, og først efter vi blev ret sure, fik vi det, selvom det var 20 min tilbage af morgenmads tiden 👎🏻☹️. Det er et for dyrt hotel til at disse ting skal ske. Dejligt med lille gåtur fra lufthavnen.
