Fantastic stay”
We had the best stay at this hotel. It was super clean and maintained. The staff was incredible. My only small complaint is the elevator was super slow. But, we adapted to it quickly and had no issues. I was told by the staff they will be installing a new elevator next January - March. It’s good to know they are hearing customers concerns. It’s a must stay!

Room was very spacious and clean. Bathrooms are a little small. Wonderful view of the river from balcony. For the price, would pick this hotel over 99% of others. Only recommendation is updating the lobby because it is definitely outdated.

Very clean rooms but could hear traffic from the road all night the balcony was nice it’s a older hotel that had a very recent and great remodel beds slept okay but outside lights were very bright and the balcony light stayed on all. Night the pool seemed clean and inviting with people swimming I did not swim but looked like it was nice hallways were a little noisy they could have done some better sound proofing during the remodel p

Rooms were decently clean. Beds were hard . Bathroom was a little outdated . Only had one elevator. Adding a second one.. for the price that they were charging for the weekend not worth it my opinion..

Decent, but awkward ”
Pros: location! Air conditioning was pre-set, spacious room with balcony, comfortable beds and soft sheets, frig/microwv standards, upgraded carpeting, decent breakfast eggs and bacon. Cons: receptionist very slow and very talkative while line was forming longer, room wasn't clean until after 3:30 or later, bathroom floor had black hairs on it, tub surround has rusty corners and bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced, needs a towel rack above toilet for easy access of towels and wash cloths, toilets are too high off of floor. The light on balcony attracts spiders to catch prey-we need access to turn them off and maintenance should spray to pretreat for spiders. Saw an ant/roach catching device under tv stand...🤔

The bed was awful and felt like you were sleeping down hill. When I mentioned the issue to staff it was blown off. Also the room smelled like a skunk on arrival. Not happy

Not the place for us.”
We were disappointed by our stay. The majority of the staff were not wearing masks or were wearing them improperly. It was a shame especially since there was signage posted on the entrance. If the staff aren't following the signs then the guests definitely aren't. We felt uncomfortable staying here and looked forward to leaving. We have stayed at a variety of hotels since the pandemic and this was by far the most negligent. The rooms were of mediocre quality.

Do Not Book this hotel!!”
I booked 3 rooms at this hotel and it has been a mess since we got here the rooms were visibly dirty including the pillow cases. They were doing construction and and it was loud and smelled like gas! The pool was extremely cold and didn’t look very clean. Terrible experience!

Could use new pillows and mattresses, rooms stayed drafty around windows. Staff did great and breakfast was ok. Water wasn't great and didn't care for bathroom lay out but we made it work.

Close to Dollywood!”
We loved how close this hotel was to Dollywood, while also being right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We also enjoyed how spacious the room was, and the breakfast was great. It was a great place to stay with the kids for a low price!
