Disgusting Room!”
This hotel room was dirty and smelled horrible! It was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like a bar/night club with a side of sewage & body odor! The room was falling apart and needed a lot of maintenance. To top it off, the tv didn't work... I should have paid $20 more and stayed somewhere else!

Very sad experience”
We found the building to start, with cheerios all over the floor by the reception desk and the stairs, the lady on front desk asigng us a room in the first floor , was filthy the carpet, the mirrors, the w.c didn't worked, all the room fixtures where rusted , and the hall smell to cigarette and we ask for no smoking, ( I have pictures to proof it), I went to the front desk and requeated another room, and she gave me room 217 on second floor, better but still dirty and cigarette smell, the breakfast it suppose to be served form 7:30 to 9:30 am, but at 8:15 there was nothing left , we drank a bad coffee, the restroom in the new room had a hole inside the door, as you can tell we didn't enjoy our stay there

No service dogs welcome!”
My Yorkshire terrier who alerts me to alarms was turned away because I had no photo ID for her. Your service desk woman must know something that the ADA does not. Totally illegal. Oh well found Quality Inn next door was more accommodating and professional. Shame on you for hiring ignorant people.

I do not recommend this place to anyone.It doesn’t looks bad in the outside but it’s nasty in the inside.Carpet is nasty,there is roaches and it stinks. Horrible experience,I didn’t even drink coffee.

There were multiple dead roaches in the room and one live “baby” roach. One bright side was we received a full refund without any problems.

Unsanitary and unprofessional”
My husband and I checked in around 9:40pm Friday night and couldn't get to bed until after 2 am Saturday morning. We had to clean our room and scrub the bed with disinfectant wipes due to soiled stains. The cover and sheets were stained and the reception at the front desk informed us nothing could be done because she didn't have access to any laundry. We were told that it'll be about 5 minutes before we could get clean linen. The reception knocked on our room door and only provided a cover, fitted sheet, and a flat sheet. We didn't have a mattress cover to put on the bed. We reported the issue to the manager of the hotel and was told nothing could be done and an apology wasn't ever offered or stated. Nor any type of accommodation or compensation.

Could have been better!”
The pictures in which are attached to the hotel when we chose this hotel was not correct. When we got to the hotel, the room was small. The tube had mold around it. The ceiling was dirty and the beds were hard to sleep on. Small couch and the smell was awful. We was suppose to stay 4 days but cut it short and only stayed 2 days. It was not a good vacation for us. I wish I could add the pic we took of the room so u can compare them to the ones u have on line. You would see the big difference. This hotel needs to be updated. Pool very small and when staff clean the room they missed a trash can. Just wasn't a nice stay.

Inappropriate Management Skills and Conduct ”
I had paid for a 3rd party booking agency like I almost always for my husband whose mother just passed away and he was preparing for the funeral by getting together some last minute details. He is African American the manager of this motel is Indian and once my husband arrived and presented his confirmation number along with ID and the manager immediately refused to give my husband a room claiming that my card had been declined. My husband put myself on the phone so that I could possibly explain to this manage that I had paid by PayPal and both confirmation that my $112 payment had indeed processed. Then he changed that from my card had been declined and now it was that I paid through a third party and this wasn't the acceptable form of payment. I then requested for him to send me anything that showed that my payment was declined but he told me to call the police and have them come and see. He told me that they wouldn't give him any room unless he paid with cash.
