Strategic location”
Recommended. Only 2 mins from Higashi Shinjuku station (via A1 Exit). Great value for money but the only downside was the small room size for those who brought a number of luggage or big/tall people (toilet room is low ceiling). Here they have the coin laundry if you need to clean your clothes & a lot of convenience stores within vicinity. Upon checking out, you can request to keep your luggage at the reception in case you wanted to go somewhere else before headed to the airport. The staffs were helpful and well conversed in English.

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable”
The hotel is right beside Higashi-Shinjuku (Exit A1) station. The staff can speak very good English and friendly. The room is not that big but enough space and very clean. I would give this a perfect score and highly-recommend for other travellers who are looking for affordable hotel at the heart of Tokyo.

Stay there 6 nights, hotel's really clean & the location is excellent. Many eateries nearby, there's a Don Quijote within walking distance. Higashi-Shinjuku station is just outside the hotel on the left (exit A1). Will be back again soon.

Staff service and cleanliness are tip top. Just 5 meters walk to subway entrance. Plenty of eatery at junction +-50 meters. Shinjuku shopping is just 1km radius away. City does not sleep.

The metro station is just beside the hotel, which is very convenient. Although the room space is a little bit small, considering the price ,the quiet and clean environment can make up of it.

The hotel is just a minute away from the nearest train station (Hihashi Shinjuku EkiMae). Convenient stores (Lawson, Family Mart, 7Eleven) and Fast Food Chains (McDonalds,PepperLunch) is walkable. Staff can help you book tickets for the airport bus in Shinjuku.

Hotel located near subway Higashi-shinjuku station (Oedo line/fukutoshin line) The staff can speak english and helpful when you really need help or something. Room is really clean and comfortable for people..Bathroom is too small but it's okay I like this place.

Good location”
The hotel is 1 minute apart from the metro station which is very easy to be accessed and where has restaurants and super markets around. I love the intelligent toilet bowl and it is very warm and comfortable. The environment is clean and tidy. The only concern is the location near the cross road where many ambulance passing through especially at mid-night.

i stayed on the hotel most of the time to take a rest due to lots of walking. haha. conveniently located within Shinjuku, hassle free to locate since it's just outside the exit A! of Higashi-Shinjuku. Perfectly located there's a lot of food chains nearby. You can opt to have your room cleaned everyday or not to.

Hotel locate just beside the exit of the train station. This is the super good point. Clean and staff service is no doubt about it. Excellent on it. But I stayed the double room. Room is small. If you bring 24'' luggage. There's only the walkway from the door to the bed which u can open it. Then no more walking space.

Small hotel room and a bit tight if you have a lot of luggage. It was fine for us we were only in our room limited time. Great location, right next to the train station. I would stay there just for that reason. Walking distance to the local attractions and great restaurants. Staff we very friendly and helpful.
