Lovely guesthouse on elephantine island”
What s pleasure to stay at nuba dool guesthouse! Very quiet and ideally located on elephantine island, 1 minute walk to the public ferry to Aswan city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with air conditioning. The rooftop terrace is the best, to chill after a long day. Special thanks to Mohammed and his uncle. Do friendly, very helpful. They have us many tips. Mohammed organised our tour to Abu simbel, it was great. He always care about his guests and is always available for you. Thanks a lot for everything.

A wonderful business stay”
The location was perfect - a short walk to Shinagawa JR station that brings u to many attractions around Tokyo. The room itself was spacious and clean. If you think there is no need to do room cleaning everyday, they give u back a 500 yen voucher which u can make purchases at the 7-11 or some other purchases in the hotel.

Fantastic value, perfect location to travel Tokyo and amazing facilities”
Brilliant luxurious hotel with attentive helpful staff. Rooms very large but standard decor - amazing view of Tokyo skyline, wonderful service, perfect location (accessible to station) and architectural design of the building made it a memorable visit - fabulous hotel with regular courtesy bus to station or a five minute walk downhill. Added bonus of zen Japanese gardens and pool - very rare find in centre of Tokyo. The station also has amazing luxury department store and food hall.

Fantastic place”
This place is fantastic for all types of families. We stayed in Superior Room and it has a sofa too. Crib was available too for my 9-month old baby. The receptionists are very accommodating. The hotel place is very convenient to Shinagawa station. There is a 7eleven at Basement 1. We went during winter so it was very convenient that we don't have to go out any more of the hotel just to buy something from the convenience store.

I just spent one night in this hotel. I appreciated the convenient location a lot (20-25min from Haneda airport and close to my in-town meetings). The service was very good and the rooms are quiet and clean.

Great option for last couple days on trip. Chose to stay in Shinagawa for access to Narita Express. Staff supplied cute slippers for our kids. Excellent ramen street located next to station.

Checking in was easy. We were lucky enough to be given a very spacious club suite. The room was well stocked and we were also rewarded with a view of Fuji on two sunny mornings.

2 night stay”
Stayed at the Grand Prince Takanawa New for 2 nights, 09/29 - 10/01 . was a perfect experience until I left at 0530 AM, the concierge was too busy looking at his computer screen simply pointing me to sit like a dog and wait my car I reserved to go Narita. Airport. I felt a tad of racism towards white people is his issue. They should look into this guy more as it is not a good thing being they are such an awesome International hotel. Other than that moment my experience was above and beyond superb. Will be back there 100% as they should not suffer due to one idiot.

We had a very pleasant experience staying this hotel. Received with a great smile from the polite bell girls and enthusiastic up lifting politeness from the bell boys on arrival were plus. All staffs who I spoke to seems to be trained well, and dealt with my irregular requests with genuine politeness. Our twin room was a good size, plenty space to open a couple of my suits cases on the floor at the same time, which is very rare in any hotel rooms in Japan. This hotel has been renovated nicely, but some bits in the bathroom, you can feel a bit of tiredness. But after all, it is a great hotel you get what you pay. One down side is a location, Shinagawa is great but it is 10 mins from the station. Not ideal to walk after long day of sight seeing in Tokyo. There is a hotel shuttle bus but it is so tiny, and not that frequent. So sometimes, especially around 11am from Hotel and 7pm from the stationeries seems to get full very quickly. So be there 10 mins prior!

I traveled with a friend and we both had a great stay. The room was well furnished, clean and well maintained and we were happy with the service and help from the Bell Counter team who were very helpful and obliging with our requests and questions. I appreciate the shuttle service which was a plus. Will stay here again when I’m in Tokyo.

Hotel 4 stars looks like 5 stars”
This hotel has huge and good lobby, a nice garden with some cherry blossom in end of march to early of April, spacious bed room and good view. The location is middle between 2 train stations, one is big : Shinagawa. Near by hotel , many restaurants and have some small shopping + Aqua world ( Similar to sea world). The Prince Takanawa is closer to train station than New Price Takanawa, but the building is older than New Price. Will come back to stay there again someday..

Near the station with relaxing garden”
It’s a new renovated hotel just behind the original grand prince. Few hundred meters walk from the Shinagawa station. Got scheduled bus from the hotel to the station every 20 mins starting at 620am. Also direct airport bus from the hotel to Narita airport with the earliest schedule at 640am which is a plus.

Location, service & cleanliness ”
I liked the location. Almost all stuffs are nice except one male at the front desk & one baggage female stuff who had an attitude. The original room itself was relatively clean, however the hair dryer which was almost broken, smelled burnt, very weak & the plug didn’t stay. But the house manager came to change immediately. I do appreciate it. I also got bitten my body & legs in bed while I was sleeping. But you changed our room. Thank you. Over all, we had a nice stay and would recommend to friends & family.
