Hotel was Very clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice!!
No advance warning about the $25 per night parking fee!! WHAT?? Not to mention the “mandatory valet” which we did not care for!

The rooms are big, full kitchen, very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great, we met a lot of stuff members and all of them were super nice and helpful

Location was great, 5 minutes from center St. Augustine. Front desk customer service was excellent.
Let guests know that it is valet only, prior to their stay so they are prepared to tip the valet.

Breakfast was meh. Though the dining area was lovely.
Checkin - room wasn’t ready BUT her communication and attitude were very off putting. We wanted to do some laundry later and no staff to sell anything at the little store.

Pet area was 10x3 and unkept- had fire and were always out of doggie waste bags. Dishwasher did not work. Breakfast area attendant was rude. Not worth the amount of money we paid to stay

It was striking distance to the beach, town, and attractions.

I liked that it was pet friendly and that it had a kitchenette. That was nice with having a family so we could cook instead of eating out every night.

The room was very open. Full size fridge. Glass top stove. Dishwasher, with clean dishes. It was mostly quite. Very newly updated and modern. Nice view of the pool and waterway.
