Dinner at Ruth Chris was absolutely perfect and hot tub the best! Location of my room even better.

You upgraded us for our anniversary and put Ross pedals on the bed along with a wind and cheese tray. This was a great experience again!!

I ended up paying $30 for a salad for lunch at poolside. I was upcharged for chicken, delivery, and a set gratuity.

Extremely rude and unprofessional bar man. Our first ngt in states and hadn't researched the tipping rules. Left 10% as per U.K. tipping. Got my change thrown back at me. Quite a shock.

The staff and the room service were excellent.

I think the hotel needs to offer a shuttle service to all the ski resorts close to the hotel plus more pick up times instead of just two.

Doors slammed and made a huge noise that neighbors can hear. You can also clearly hear the neighbor next door if there were small children.

everything! we even got an amazing upgrade and ended up staying at a cottage (hot tub outside just perfect!)!

The suite we were in, with its own private patio and hot tub, was VERY well appointed. Furnished with wine glasses which made our evening together on the deck very relaxing.

I went to see the hotel before or honeymoon so I could know if it was worth the money. While there, I noticed that the rooms were very expensive. Since I had already reserved a room, I asked one of the receptionists how much my room was costing so that I could get a good idea. I mentioned that we wood be staying there for our honeymoon and she lit up and said, "Let me see if I can upgrade your room to one of the cottages, because that would be a beautiful place for you guys!" She checked into it and sure enough, made it work so that we had a gorgeous room in one of the cottages that would have cost us twice as much! What a wonderful experience! Now THAT'S what I call customer service!

Hotel room was beautiful! Very gorgeous, great view. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and made you feel important. Great experience.

Location, Rooms and Comfort

The hotel is in the perfect location...beautiful mountainside with incredible views. We loved our balcony and the fireplace. The couches and while living area were so comfortable and the bed was divine! Loved the whole feel to the room...it felt very luxurious. Having Ruth's Chris so close was a bonus. We will definitely be back!
