I found hair in bathtub the water wasn't hot at all the tub was stopped up and so was the sink.

We stayed 3 nights, it was very clean, staff was very friendly. Definitely will be staying here again

Okay but…”

Part of the reason we chose th HJ was the advertised breakfast and fitness room neither of which were available but are still listed on the website. Also no housekeeping all week. The couple we were with had housekeeping come in once but did not replace or remove used towels. Have had similar experiences on shorter stays at other hotels (COVID is the excuse given) but all week!

Needs corporate funding”

Newly acquired Wyndham property that does not have enough sheets to change the beds, they do not have enough towels for each room to have towels. We had to go buy our own bath towels at a local store. They did not have toothbrushes, housekeeping did not come in the entire time we were there. Luckily we brought enough soap, shampoo and toothpaste. Hotel is ill equipped. There is no water pressure to shower, drains in shower are clogged, sink does not drain. Pool is not properly maintained. The toilet in pool house does not flush, no tp and someone had used the floor as a toilet. The GM was extremely polite and friendly.

Under the sheets was really dirty but sheets were clean. The bathroom smelled a little but all in all nice place. Have stayed there before an will again.

Clean room ”

Room Looked like pic ! Cleaning staff very nice ! Value price .. I usually stay in cabin but this was much cheaper had just as good time. The only thing I didn’t like they have a lady who try’s to get u to get discount tickets witch was big waste of my vacation time . I lied and said I was in employed when we got their to get out of it .. . Run from them tell them no time shares . So I don’t appreciate that . But others wise for most I would stay here again . Great spot . Winery next door .

Convenient location, nice outdoor pool. Parking can be scarce at times. Only complaint is that a half gallon of milk was left in the mini fridge (I assume from the previous occupants).

Bon hôtel construction récente, pour une étape ou pour un séjour. Chambre confortable, correctement équipée, petit déjeuner correct, bien situé pour visiter le NP de Great Smoky. Peut-être un peu excentré du centre de l'agglomération Enfin en voiture c'est 3 minutes...
