Awesome Stay....”
From the easy pleasant check in to beautifully decorated comfy room with Starbucks coffee and digital easy to use wall thermostat this was a great stay. Loved the hot breakfast included and was able to leave car in parking lot next day (after check out) to ride the Red Train Tour which was conveniently next door. Only draw back was.... twice during the night a train woke me up.... then again, where in Florida are there not train noise during the night. Staff was helpful and courteous. Will stay again.....for sure!

Great Value”
You won't find a better property for the price this close to the historical district. Rooms were super clean, with everything recently remodeled. Bed were exceptionally comfortable too. Plus they are pet friendly without charging you an enormous fee of you like to travel with your furry companions like us. Definitely will return whenever we are in the area.

We had a group -so the lobby was wonderful for meeting up and enjoying a cup of coffee at any point during the day (especially in the cooler weather). Breakfast offered was great. The staff were very friendly. Very clean facility.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and provide above average amenities. The staff was nice and polite. Location was reasonably centered to travel to all sides on town. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

Our stay was great! Just a night out for the wife and I. Close to the old city, spacious clean room, and great staff! Couldn't ask for better.

Very Pleased”
We arrived to find the A/C in our room not working well. We were given another room right away, no problem. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and tons of hot water. The ice machine by the pool was out of order, so we used the ice machine on the other side of the hotel, a short walk away. The floors are laminate, no rugs, which I liked. Fast food nearby, along with a Walgreens and CVS across the street. Busy streets, lots of traffic, but the rooms are pretty much soundproofed. About 1.9 miles away from actual downtown. We were pleased and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay!”
We stayed at Jay Bird Inn for a week. Friendly front desk person, Mera, was such a sweetheart and started our week off great. Large, clean rooms. They serve a light breakfast in the morning and it was very good. The restaurant opened up during our stay and was also very good. We would highly recommend.

Breakfast made it! ”
What made our stay unforgettable was the impressive complimentary breakfast and the restaurant staff. We were so pleasantly surprised by how many options were in the hot buffet and how kind and prompt the waitresses and cooks were. GREAT value! The hotel looks like they have made some nice updates on an older hotel. Everything was clean and the amenities like coffee, soap, tea etc, were appreciated. It's a 5-10 minute drive to the heart of Downtown St. Augustine so good location, too.

The location is AWESOME! Took 2 minutes to get to the historical district by car. Our only complaint are the pillows, too flat. We would return.

Clean, spacious, adequate”
Air Conditioning was a bit troublesome, full hotel meant for cold showers as hot water in the end wing of hotel was not hot. Got hot once some guests left which meant less water usage.

It was clean good breakfast people were friendly and responsive. Only thing was of you want your room cleaned and new towels was told to request a day in advance. Location was perfect. Very nice lg room.
