We picked this hotel because of the price, but we were really disappointed. For years we have visited Pigeon Forge at least once a year and this is clearly the worst place we stayed in. The staff was friendly and the hotel mostly clean but very outdated except the facade. The room was spacious but not a single drawer or a wardrobe so we had to keep all our clothes in the suitcases. Very small fridge, pretty much useless and impossible to eat in the room unless take turns two by two on the table. There is no fitness room in the hotel but it had small outdoor pool which was nice. It is also a hassle to go in and out the hotel because there are no traffic lights and it is one way as you go out on Parkway which is heavily congested street.There were so many vacant rooms during our stay ( the first week of June) that the price dropped to 1/3 of what we payed for the reservation. I will not recommend this place, you have so many better choices in Pigeon Forge.

Really good price. Everything was nice. The microwave in my room didn't work but my daughter was right across the hall and hers worked so it was all good. Staff was nice and it was clean.

The receptionists we interacted with were nice. The main issue we had was with the rooms and property. They are older and could use updated curtains and wall paper/paint. The beds were comfortable and our room had a sink and nice sized refrigerator. The microwave was older too but serviceable. Not that anyone can do much about the entrance to the hotel but it is very, very difficult to enter the driveway from the main road. You have to access driveway from either driving north (i believe) or make a u-turn at the light heading to Gatlinburg. If you blink you will miss the entrance and it’s difficult with traffic being what it is to get back. It was ok but would try others next time.

We loved the location, and our room was a suite. Staff were very kind and friendly. They helped us with any questions. Smooth check in and check out. Plus we slept very well, beds were super comfy. We also had our dog with us this is a dog friendly hotel. We will definitely book this hotel again and come back.
