Please inform Paradise Isle Resort, a VRI resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that parking is limited to one space per booking. The property check-in desk is closed on Sundays. The resort front desk has limited hours of operation. Guests who intend to arrive outside normal check-in hours must call the property in advance at the phone number on the booking confirmation to make alternative check-in arrangements.

Nice Place to Stay in Gulf Shores”

This apartment is a good place to stay, with a completely stocked kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. Pool area is nice and we enjoyed the hot tub.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all when we arrived after 5pm. The trash can was full, there were dirty dishes in the sink and even trash in the freezer. We could not even stay a second night and had to leave after the first night. There is no excuse for the poor housekeeping. The age and overall condition was less than acceptable. It is an added hazard during COVID-19.

I loved it and me and my daughter needed it”

She had called me and I told her I was running behind getting there and she let me know there was a. Key in the lock box and gave me the code I got it and went straight up to my room and the next morning I got to meet with her a filled out my paperwork

Great Location. Awesome Beach Cottage. The Management&#47;help ARE FANTASTIC 100% Awesome”

the hosts&#47;management were absolutely fantastic. They made this trip the best. The units are small efficiencies on stilts and although they are old and been through a bad storm, they are very livable, comfortable and close to the beach. I absolutely loved my stay here. I never thought I would. don&#39;t let the outside appearance fool you, the inside isn&#39;t any different. It&#39;s a beach cottage and I would come back here to stay in a minute. The managers are on the ball and they really made the stay there awesome.
parking underneath tricky, but that&#39;s not a big deal, just be careful. Be sure to try in case of hail storm.

It was close to the beach! It offered laundry services.
I did not like the fact that i had a cleaning fee charge and had to strip the sheets and laundry. I basically did all the work.

Location was great right across the street from the beach.
The bed was so uncomfortable!! It definitely needs to be replaced asap and the road noise was so loud all day and all night with loud trucks constantly I hardly got any sleep the 2 nights I was there. Also the fridge was disgusting the whole side of it is stained brown and the pool was freezing and not heated that was a bummer considering the ocean was so cold it would have been nice.

I loved the location in proximity to my conference. I loved the convenience to the beach and stores. I was not expecting a full kitchen, but it really came in handy.
I hate that the pool was closed, but I totally understand. I wish there was a regular sized ironing board.
