            The staff was accommodating. The room we booked was deceiving by pictures. It was too small. They helped us upgrade which did cost us more.

            Great value and location. Could take the free bus around and there are hiking trails right across from the property.
            The pool didn&#39;t work during part of our stay. We couldn&#39;t get a straight answer when it would be open.

            Loved the layout of the unit. Having 3 bathrooms available was awesome for our family of 6. The beds were super comfortable.
            Only real complaint was parking our oversized vehicle. And the pool was closed, but it wasn&#39;t a major inconvenience - we likely wouldn&#39;t have had time to swim anyway.

            I liked how fast and easy the check in was. The room was spacious and clean and had everything in the kitchen you would need to cook. There&#39;s even robes in the closet to use.

            We really liked the free shuttle service to and from the ski area. The room was very comfortable and for a studio was well furnished but not cramped. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

            Our room was recently renovated and spacious. It exceeded our expectations for the rate charged. Staff was great and shuttle service was a huge plus.
            The lobby and pool areas could use a renovation. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway.

            Easy location and underground parking was great. Friendly staff and helped me out several times.
            Bedding had stains and the room next door was loud for a short time, but that isn’t Park Plaza’s fault. No bathroom fan is a bad scenario.

            Nothing. My room didn’t look anything like the pictures. I was there for 5 days. My bathroom lightbulb was blown and notified management. It was not fixed until the day before I left. Therefore I was ...
            They did not clean my room on a daily basis. The front desk told me that I have to “specially request” a room clean and vacuuming was “by request only.”
