Friendly, comfortable and clean hotel”
This hotel was super clean, the staff was friendly and it is located right on the river with a cool view from the elevator. The pool was clean although it was too cold to go it. There is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine in each room which all worked wonderfully. The continental breakfast was delicious, although the eggs were way too salty! My family and I look forward to staying again in a few months.

We didn’t like the room with two queen beds nearly as well as a king room but waited too lat to lane reservations. We also missed the grab bars etc. The bed seemed smaller than a queen & was a little soft.

Nice budget hotel with great location”
It’s a nice budget hotel and in a great location. I stayed for two nights , room was spacious with two queen size bed. Room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was also good specially the biscuit and gravy. Only thing I wished was if I could get the room towards the river . Rest all it’s worth money

Good sleep”
I was really able to sleep good with the black out curtains, beds were comfortable, hot breakfast to go was good and check-in/out was super easy. Only thing was kids were disappointed there was no indoor pool.

Room smelled musty ”
We had a room with a hot tub and we walked in and smelled like a dirty dish rag. They need to take the carpet out and either replace or maybe ceramic tile the floor. Obviously carpet has gotten wet.

overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was a good size, clean and equipped with the necessities. The breakfast was adequate.

Trp to Dollywood”
We spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was easy to find and a great location. Much shopping nearby. Close to Dollywood and the Smokey Mountains.
