JUST DON'T”
Well you know the saying that you get what you pay for? Let me tell you that is entirely true. We booked this hotel for three nights while we were in town doing some work because it was the cheapest I could find. I totally understand why. The first night their staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate where I had booked 2 days and then added a third day so that I would not have to move rooms. On the second day we noticed itchy, red, blotches on us. Didn't figure it out until the 3rd morning. That's when we stripped the bed and found bed bugs! Immediately reported it to the front desk, which didn't even apologize?! After having to call the manager/owner we were moved to a smaller bed room than I paid for! That's definitely NOT good customer service. But at least the smaller room had a microwave that worked! Speaking of working.. The ice machine was broken. I hate to leave any negative reviews bc I understand some things are out of our control, but it's their job to keep guests safe and satisfied. So.. being moved to the smaller room meant the second floor. I am handicap with heart problems who needed the first floor, of course.. No elevator. Other than being bitten each night the first floor bed was way more comfortable, the 2nd floor bed was smaller, uncomfortable, and broken. 😭 I would spend a little more and stay somewhere that cares.

Great value”
Great budget hotel. No frills just basic hotel, cheapest room in town. Great if you need a place to sleep. Rooms are very minimalistic but clean. Close to everything. We will definitely book again, especially for work. Ice machine is currently broken and seasonal pool not open yet.

Nasty ”
I would not stay here again! The rooms smelled so bad of bug spray, they don’t have an indoor pool like listed. Staff was very hateful we asked for a refund due to the smell and just over all nasty of the room and was told no.

We chose Pin Oak Parkway Inn because of it’s reasonable rates and nearness to the Hard Rock Cafe. Omar at the front desk got us checked so we could relax before the show. The bed was super comfortable, I actually took a picture of the label so when I replace my mattress at home, I’ll know what to look for! I also liked the fact that the “key” to our room was an actual “key”. Morning staff was very nice as we were checking out. I will definitely return next New Year’s Eve, if not before then. Thanks for providing the perfect place to rest and relax in Pigeon Forge! See you soon! Norma Jean
