Exterminator ”
The hotel is very clean my only complaint is that it can used a exterminator we saw a couple of roaches in the room. But the beds are very comfortable and I didn’t understand about why we wasn’t allowed to used the balcony to the room.

We apologize about the balcony. The city hall made us short our balcony doors. The vacation homes behind us had a petition to close the balcony. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Everything was great for the price.. Was disappointed that they had doors locked to balcony for security they need to let customers know about thing like this.. also has a hard time getting clean towels for the room..

We have a sign at the front desk stating in you need towels just request. We will be happy to give you towels. We do not advertise we have balcony due to it being permanently close and the balcony have been close going on 3 years now.

Hotel was located right near the beach so it was a plus for me. The room itself was okay but my biggest pet peeve is bathrooms could of been a little more cleaner, and the floor walking in from the door was nasty and it smelt like pee. But overall it was good enough for our 1 night stay!!

Catfish hotel”
The hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures. Pool was dirty. The mattress had stains on it when we took sheets off. The bed frame and dresses were chipped and scratched. The water in the bathroom did not get hot. It was a place I will never return to. The staff were nice. That's the only Quality thing about the hotel.

Nothing about our hotel is "CATFISH". The pool get clean 3 times a week. The pool can not be dirty. Everyone have an opinion. Thank you for staying.

Just 1 room that had an issue. We do weekly bug spay to make sure we do not have a problem with room. We are an outside door so bugs do intend to come in sometimes.
Beachfront Danger Zone”
Never again. Horrible run down place. The entire hotel needs major renovation. Did not feel welcome here. Unfriendly people. Pool not operating the entire time of our stay. The walkway to the beach consists of broken floppy boards which my daughter fell on twice over grown trees hanging down. Don’t let the close to the beach fool ya. Not worth the money you could get a much nicer safer hotel for the same price some where else in the area.

We have no control of the walkway to the beach that is a public walkway. Our pool was not working at that time we had to wait on a pump. Thank you for staying.
Dirty and rude staff”
The entire property is generally dirty, elevators look like they’ll break down any moment, bathroom counter tops are broken and are hanging by a thread, staff had attitude when trying to clean our room. We waited 3 days for them to tell us we had to request a cleaning even when we did they say prior. They told us we have to wait for the following day, although it was their mistake because they cleaned the wrong room on the day we requested cleaning. Everything about staying there just felt dirty and unprofessional.

Total Sewer”
This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been in , it is a total sewer !!! when I arrived and discovered the deplorable condition the room was in I called the front desk and explained my concerns and dissatisfaction and the lady at the front desk said it is what it is , I would never stay at this hotel again or any hotel connected to this chain.

Girls weekend”
We booked two rooms for our girls weekend and enjoyed our stay. Our room did not get cleaned the first day we were there. However, even though this is an older hotel the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The supervisor of the cleaning staff, Angela was very helpful and offered to rinse and dry our beach towels after we were caught in a downpour coming from Crab Island and our towels were dripping wet. I would book here again. Thanks.

Pet friendly and ideal location”
My wife, dog, and I enjoyed the stay. Check in / check out went smoothly and the hotel is clean and in a great location. There is a boardwalk next to it that takes you to the beach. Highly recommend for a family that wants to go to Miramar Beach at a reasonable price.
