Excellent Stay”
We loved this hotel. We stayed several nights. The rooms are remodeled and clean. The staff is very friendly and the location is unbeatable! It’s located directly across the street from St. Augustine beach. The room included a microwave and a refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. Everything was great! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Regency Suites. The place was very clean. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels and washcloths. I was nervous because of some of the past reviews but the place was perfect. Very close to the beach.

Property is currently in the end stages of a remodel but it’s clean. The rooms are very nicely remodeled. Very clean and beautiful inside. Beds are comfortable with comfortable pillows. Microwave, fridge, hair dryer and nice shower with hot water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 3 min walk to the beach and 3 great restaurants within walking distance. Great location!!

Perfect location, directly across the street from the ocean. 5min drive to St. Augustine but will be more like 15min with the usual traffic. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking, breakfast and wifi. Loved so much we stay again 2 nights later.

Best bang for the buck”
Terrific location across from the beach and very close to the State park. Restaurants within a minute walk. Room was large and everything worked. It was clean, quiet, a/c was good and water was hot. Microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. Great all around. (no it is NOT the Hilton, but for the money, you can beat it.)

Grt location clean ”
Cross st to beach pier fishing walk on beach. Close to food ammenities 7 mins to town. Very nice but beds suck. I was down in back 2 days left early for that reason cheap beds. But rms r redone. Pool inside needs work. But thats only problems. Going back in 2 weeks but takin air mattress. Having cancer i need rest around clock beds r not fit like laying on concrete. Staying because of location clean staff is wonderful. But again bed ate beyond awful. Good for singles to kids. Quiet. Loved walking on pier at night talking to fishermen and ladies. Just consider beds. But otherwise id go 4.5 stars did find dirt that would been ex to clean. Late check out too maids clean in afternoons we stayed til 2 no charge. Best kept secret in st auggie.

Family getaway with grandsons”
I wasn’t aware that the room service was only every 3 days due to Covid 19. But the sign at the front lobby stated that, and I missed it. The queen sized sheets were too small for our 2 queen sized beds (and this was very annoying!!!), but the nice gentleman at the front counter offered me king sized sheets, and they were much better. Our room was clean, and my grandsons enjoyed the pool , after getting a bit too much sun at the beach. It’s inside, so its safe from the sun! 😉

They were doing construction in front so my room was around the back but it was nice and cozy didn't hear the noise. Also the beach was just across the street.

Perfect location ”
This hotel is in a perfect location. It's directly across the road from St Augustine beach. There is several restaurants walking distance and a gas station if you need drinks for the room. The only thing I would say negative is the rooms aren't spotless. For the money it cost it's still worth every penny. We will definitely stay here again.

Pretty good for the money ”
If you can stay here cheap go for it. Our room was recently renovated and pretty nice. The lobby was still closed for “Covid “ issues so no breakfast at this time.

Good location ”
Location is good but hotel is aging. Being remodeled and needs it for it is somewhat weathered in lots of areas. Room was clean, bed comfortable but very basic and no closet . Said breakfast but not being offered, had to ask for microwave . Not sure we will stay here again but a possibility if completely remodeled.
