The location is great the staff is great there’s a lot to do but upon arrival we had food we wanted to place in the fridge which spoiled the next day due to a broken room temp fridge

We had an absolutely wonderful time at our stay at Sonesta at Hilton Head. The resort was in a great location with the beach just a short walk away (no driving necessary...yay!) and the pool was just downstairs from our room. We could not have asked for a better location, honestly. The property has beautiful trees and nice little ponds. My little boy loved looking at the turtles in the pond each day. It was definitely a highlight. I took advantage of the coffee shop downstairs each morning and my drink was excellent. We ate at the restaurant on site and the food was very good. I liked how you are able to charge purchases made at any location on the resort to your room. It just made things a little easier not having to carry my payment everywhere with me. It was also very nice that they offered beach/pool towels. I didn't have to worry about our personal towels getting used up. We would definitely recommend Sonesta at Hilton Head to anyone. It was wonderful!
