Great place”
We loved our overnighter here. Great facilities. Nice rooms. Awesome staff who honored our request for a late check out. We were able to park two cars in the parking lots. I've stayed at over big name hotels and they nickle and dime you for parking.

Could be a lot better”
The facilities were very nice staff not to friendly the room wasn’t even clean there was someone’s socks and underwear still in the room from before us a bunch of hair in the tub and poop marks still in the toilet seems to me that staff doesn’t take quality and customer care seriously

I took my 4 year old here for an overnight stay and we both enjoyed it very much! It was actually our second time staying at this particular hotel and we are planning to go back again. It is in a beautiful setting and perfect location to wander around the main resorts gathering place. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Good potential-- Poor execution”
Location is good but making customers use an app to book a shuttle around the Canyons area was very inconvenient and slow. Used COVID as an excuse to not do room service.... but still paid high resort fees! They've also been ignoring the little things in the rooms that would normally be fixed if they had normal service (light bulbs burned out, window shades broken, toilet flush handle broken, etc.). The walls are paper thin. Was woken early every morning to hear every word of a series of Zoom business meetings from our neighbor.

WiFi was very poor. Browsing internet for news ok but streaming was very spotty. Auto temperature setting did not seem to work (continuously A bit too warm). Front desk staff were generally friendly. Walls a bit thin, could easily hear next room. Shuttle service was easy and reasonably fast.
