Expensive and Average”
We booked an early check in from 10-11am and were told there were no rooms until after 3pm and they would call us. We never got a call. We had a superior room however the room was tiny and had two small single beds that wouldn't make up the size of a double bed. The room is adjoining to the room beside it so you could here when someone in the room beside us was going to the bathroom. Breakfast was cold! However, it's just off the square which is a great location. Nonetheless, for ~£250 I would search around. The Scandic Palace was lovely!

DESTROYED THE VAULT INSIDE OUR ROOM VERY UNSAFE HOTEL”
Our room vault in the hotel got destroyed. The hotel told us there are no record who went in during that day, which makes me think is this an inside job or what? One of their staff went up with me then he helped my open the door and to check and see what just happened but then they will tell me no record? ohh come on. I have photos with me and a police report. The only people who would knew which room we stayed are the hotel staffs right? Who would also knew that day was our check out day? WORST HOTEL EVER! VERY UNSAFE!

Great place, bad shower”
Everything in this hotel is great in terms of value for money except for the shower, it’s very clean and big enough but there is absolutely no water pressure and the water dosent get sufficiently warm.

Best location in Copenhagen ”
The hotel's location was fantastic. Near to the metro, shopping area, Hard Rock Cafe, Nyhavn and Tivoli. Lots of bakeries, restaurants and bars around. 7-11 just next to the hotel. 20 minutes to the airport by the metro. What else could you ask for??

Not responsive to customer ”
We waited very long before they decided to give us a room (maybe is because we just booked for 1 day). Other customers came in later they got their rooms first. And other Groups also get their rooms when they came in.

Amazing Location”
Good hotel. The location is great! It's like a 2 minute walking distance to Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are not as great. The staff are so so, not as accommodating and friendly but it was okay. Is it a great hotel? Sure. Is it worth $200/night? No.

Review of The Square”
The hotel is perfectly located very close to Tivoli, and close to both the train station and Strøget. Nice common areas and staff. The breakfast was good with lots of food to choose by. The room and bathroom was good. The only slightly negative thing was the air conditioning in the room. We putted it in the maximum cooling, and the room was still quite warm in the night. Our travel company had the same issue in their room.
