The staff were amazing, especially the doormen and shuttle drivers. Everyone greeted us with warm smiles and did their best to assist us with our needs. The only hiccup was the service at Drafts. I cannot recommend the staff there.

Don’t waste your money here”
The staff is very rude and not welcoming, at all. I felt as though they were bothered by us tourists visiting and spending thousands of dollars in their city! The restaurants on ground are not well equipped or staffed to accommodate the number of guests. I would definitely find a different and cleaner resort next time.

Anniversary getaway”
My husband and I had an amazing time. It is so beautiful and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful. It had a big jetted tub and an amazing steam shower. The place is huge and kind of confusing to find your way around but everyone was helpful. We ate dinner at The Edge restaurant, it was amazing. My only regret is eating way too much. We will definitely go back. Thanks for a great experience.

Unclean maze of a building”
I found the hotel room not clean at all. Requested carpet be vacuumed 3 times, ignored. Many staff members do not speak English. Building is a a maze, impossible to know which lift takes you where. Drake restaurant food not edible. Will never go back or recommend.

Perfect for couples or families”
We went here for our anniversary. It was perfect. The staff was extremely cordial, the array of amenities were diverse, and there were so many options for entertainment on the site. I particularly liked the balconies and the private jetted tub IN the room. I plan to come back next year.

The hotel is great, the people even better. I would just point out that the pool had bees and wasn't as clean as the rest of the hotel. The Edge restaurant is great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location ... shuttles to park city slopes or town or groceries... walking distance to Canyon slopes ( nicer Than Park City...:)) Specious room with fire place , steam shower , kitchen , wash and dryer . Pools , spas , gym , yoga ... Just great ! ❤️ We are planning come next year ...:))

Pro: ski in/ski out convenient and awesome slopes Great hospitality Los of activities for young kids Spacious rooms Love the washer/dryer in room so don't talk too many clothes Cons: jacuzzi in the bedroom The property is huge and can get confusing. We were on the first floor of building 2100A and there isn't a elevator on that floor connecting to the rest of the resort. We have to walk outside to get to the lobby and other parts of the resort. So ask where your room is located in relation to the slopes and other amenities.
