Great little apartment with hotel amenities”
The apartment had more than I needed for an overnight stay. I can’t say how the numerous appliances worked other than the fridge (fine); there were some cooking utensils and complimentary still and sparkling water; towels for the pool (or beach, an easy 20-minute walk away). I enjoyed the rooftop with its pool. Slept great.

The staff is great. The rooms were amazing. It's a small hotel so it wasn't a lot of traffic. The receptionist, Camilla, was a doll! I would definitely go back when I plan to Miami again.

Pleasant one night stay”
My flight got cancelled and I needed a last minute place to stay. I was alone so wanted to make sure it was safe and comfortable. Abae Hotel was a fantastic choice! Secure elevator system, very clean, spacious, with all the conveniences one needs to when traveling! A lovely shower, espresso, comfy bed, I even did some laundry while I walked to a nearby restaurant for a nice dinner. The Rooftop pool was my relaxing morning. Quiet and convenient. Staff is so friendly and attentive to all your needs. I wished I could have stayed longer!

Overall a super great hotel. I was impressed. The only thing i was disappointed in was the fact that they didn’t have any body rags to wash up with & only gave us makeup wipes to use in the shower. That screamed unsanitary, but otherwise .. i loved it.

Bring Wash Cloths ”
The rooms are very nice and clean but the hotel does not have wash cloths. They gave us a throw towel that’s used on the floor when you’re getting out of the shower. Imagine trying to bathe with that! They told us that they do not have wash cloths at all. We had to go buy some.

The real only complaint I have is not having a full length mirror in the room (room 303). This is Miami! We need to be able to see head to toe in a mirror! Loved the juice bar connected to the property.

Won't stay again! ”
My first and last time staying at this hotel. The price was fair and the location is good. However the rooms were poorly designed and constructed. The room looks like an Ikea showroom put together very poorly. The bed and bedding was not comfortable. No duvet. I even asked for it. Basically a paper feeling sheet & thin runner at the end of the bed you can try to cover your body with. The shades in the room do NOT block out the light if you're trying to sleep past the early sunrise. I didnt get one night of good rest in this hotel! The shower water doesn't get hot. Mildly warm at best! The AC/Heating in the room don't work properly. The Body wash, Shampoo and soap they supply was very bad. Had to go to the store to buy my own. There was no robe to use in the room even asked to front desk for one and they had none. The staff was kind and friendly and I liked that the room has its own washing machine in it. Also was given free laundry detergent at the front desk. This hotel has potential if they put a little effort to fix these issues.

Not bad but not great…”
Nice quiet area, but nowhere to park. No valet and nobody helps you with your luggage to or from the car. Then it’s a hassle to find a street spot to park paying at $4.50 an hour. There is a valet across the street in another building that charges $30.00 over night but you have to take your car out before 10am or they charge you again. There’s only a coffee shop down stairs and a very limited menu that delivers from somewhere else. The “very little rooftop pool” wasn’t exactly very clean and it closes at 8 pm… not fun… I went with a friend and needed (or wanted 2 queen beds but at arrival we were told they don’t have those in ANY room. Instead, only one queen in a tiny room and a sofa bed in the living area… But it worked out fine I guess…

The room And lobby were very clean. I love the apartment feel but the rooms are very tiny and cramped it’s far from luxury. . The services were low. They didn’t have face towels and the phone in the room didn’t work. It was hard to find the hotel because there isn’t any signage. The bed was very hard and the bed seemed like a full size bed. The balconies are extremely cramped.

Horrible location”
This is a horrible location if you want to go to the beach. You can’t walk you need a car no parking close to the hotel washer broke iPad never worked. You have to drive to do anything did I mention the room is a closet and there is nothing absolutely nothing luxurious about this hotel.
