GREAT View and good beach

The owner of the chalet is very helpful The Chalet was good tidy and clean

I have charged extra 300 EGP to the security gate. This is the minimum amount you have to pay to the security gate for three days accommodation or less to let you access the village. Plus 100 EGP per day for extra days and this was not mentioned in the total price while booking. The owner offered to pay 100 EGP from the 300 EGP extra for the two days stay.

The place is really quiet and relaxing.

I was charged with entrance fees which were not mentioned on booking, moreover, the landlord gives water and electricity with a limited amount, so you will have to pay extra if your consumption will exceed that amount. From my experience, using AC in summer will for sure force you to charge extra. that was not mentioned within the booking as well.

It wasn’t crowded like other places. A small market nearby. Hassle free check out.

The fact that only a certain amount of electricity/water was provided by the owner. We ran out of electricity in 24 hrs. It's summer, the weather is scorching. We had to go and recharge the card for electricity that lasted is the rest of our stay, which was 3 days. It wasn't stated anywhere that additional money would be taken from the guests. We were asked to pay additional 800 pounds; 500 were returned to us upon leaving. This property wasn't equipped with essential items, such as salt or sugar. No soap, toilet paper or towels were provided. Lucky we had packed a couple. Improvements are highly necessary for this place. It was our impression that the cleaning staff didn't take too much pride in their job.

That it's really close to the pool and the beach You don't have to go by car anywhere if you have everything you need settled at the challet Beach and pool are few blocks away walking The balkony / terrace is perfect Toilet is not so big but it does it's job Ac is great and the fans are great too Overall everything was great and not the last time to visit for sure 😍 Oh and btw the cafeteria at the beach (Tasbira) Is more than amazing the food is soo yummy and tasty and good value of money !! We ate there almost all the days

I only didn't like that the beds are slightly smaller than what expected But overall it's good for 1 child or 1 adult each But as a married couple no option to sleep on same bed. Also the kitchen appliances are missing a frying pan to cook eggs / fry some fries or anything else and small spoons for children not available as well other than that everything else was great

Kitchen Facilities wasn't good at all, any kind of cleaning liquids wasn't available at the chalet, water got cut at 7 AM on the day we were going to checkout after 1 hour , the host didnt charge the water card and he refused to recharge it for us
