酒店距离南海滩和down town都比较远，前往机场的交通也不方便，所以除非自驾，否则不建议住这里。 以前出游经常选择BW，但这次，请前台帮忙叫车，前台还有点不太情愿的样子。BW从今年开始报价也不再含早，真心不如以前了。

Nice hotel in a nice area”
We love this hotel, it recently has been renowned . We loved the restaurant that is part of the hotel, you have a wonderful view of the bay. I wish the pool was climatized because the water was freezing ( we stayed there in january ).

Great central location”
You will have take a 10min uber but it is right in between South Beach, Sunny Isles, Metro Miami, Coral Gables. It is on an island which is cool. Shuckers the restaurant is a yacht friendly restaurant is outdoor and very popular. You can walk the island bridges to Miami side or Miami Beach side

Lovely place that is receiving some long-overdue repairs. Great location! Don't miss 222 Tacos right around the corner. Mostly wonderful staff (non-wonderful staff were clueless, not mean.) One problem - our room had a strong odor. The staff tried everything, but they just couldn't fix it.

A little outside the main spots...”
... but we knew Miami already and just went there shopping. To go up north to Sawgrass Mills Mall, you safe time as it is closer than if you stay in Miami Beach or Downtown, but it takes you 30-40 minutes to get to Miami Beach if you wish to go. The hotel is OK. It was clean (new shower curtain!), but a bit „old school“. Toilet flush a bit tricky. Only works if the water refilled completely (US-system...). Fixed shower (no hose) is a bit tricky with a child. The room had a microwave, tv and a safe. Ice-machine around the corner. The hotel offers complimentary coffee in the lobby - very good! The main entrance is currently undergoing rebuilding, but no big problem, you just enter from rear of the building. For a short stay absolutely ok. For longer, I would go more south beach.

Room was really good so nothing negative about it. Just that the parking could be free and a free breakfast would be more than apreciated. I paid 10$ per night. 9 min from north beach. Balcon was good to have and ice maker. Need a boiler in the room

When I made the reservation it was for a King bed with balcony. However, when I checked in there was no King bed with balcony only a King bed available.. The manager said, its not their responsibility about the King bed with balciny not being available because I booked the room using a thrid party.. I was like WoW! He tryed to compensate us with free parking and breakfast but that wasn't good enough..

Stay away from their breakfast or front desk”
Breakfast is a rip-off unless it is included in your stay. Service is terrible, the food is worse and no matter what they will get theirs as tip is included in the inflated price. The front desk send you fishing when you ask for change to do laundry at their coin-laundry facility and pools towels seem to be a luxury too fancy for this location. The entire place needs a facelift!

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE !!! !!!”
HUGE COCKROACHES IN ROOM & everywhere! Never seen them so huge! Graveyard Front Desk person was wonderful, name was Steve? Complained about cockroaches & they gave a can of bug spray, they had this problem before if the bug spray was so easy to get. Terrified & could not sleep with cockroaches going up the walls. Next day went to let manager know & the Front Desk person had her little girl at work standing next to her talking to us, not professional! Said can't help us when we told them HUGE COCKROACHES everywhere. Couldn't stay more than 1 night so we checked out & ran away to another hotel. Property is an outdated motel with exterior facing doors that open to outside. $10 parking. Was a regular motel room with the sink outside of the tiny bathroom. Property is on the bay. Beach is under ten minutes away. Drunks at their tiny bar made noise all night. Property looks much nicer in photos. Needs renovations & bug extermination. Doesn't let me put no stars for cleanliness or I would.
