哪有人看見門口掛了牌子還衝進去打掃的？四人份的房間備品永遠只給兩人份，沙發床是壞的，連加床都沒辦法，也不能更換。櫃檯人員無法詳細回答問題，態度不友善，預收訂金600美金，沒開收據，訂房後已收過一次稅金，為何退房時又再次收四天的服務費和稅金136美元？這個飯店住起來的總金額比住St. Regis 或是W hotel還貴。房內很多東西故障，不堪使用，純粹好看而已。入房第一天房內還遺留前房客的物品及垃圾。

Location is solid. hard to find at first due to entrance is on the side street, but hotel is adjacent from city parking lot. the room offers a nice balcony view and the rooftop pool looks enjoyable even though I didnt get a chance to take a swim. Well worth the money depending on what you get the room for. I enjoyed my stay .

What their photos don't tell you!”
Despite the nice doorman and one receptionist, the overall experience at Boulan was VERY disappointing. NO MATTER THE WEATHER /WHETHER WE USED THE POOL &THE BEACH WE WERE CHARGED THE RESORT FEE that cost almost 40$ per day. The beach was actually a public one and with our room number we were only given a towel on the deck chairs. That wasn’t mentioned in the booking and was charged at our checkout. The pool was not heated so was not usable at all, cleaning and preparation of the pool started only at 10 am, so I don’t know when it gets ready to use. The bathroom was a real safety hazard. The tiles at the bottom of the shower were not placed appropriately so the water couldn’t drain well with no drain in the middle of the bathroom. Anyone can slip on the granite stone filled with water. The ‘breakfast included’ was actually served in a nearby restaurant that served the hotel customers with only two options: waffle, toast bread and the rest were charged. Bad management. Unhappy customer.

One bedroom suite”
Huge room size of an apartment but the layout wasted space. However, lots of space for all our bags as we were shopping. Did not require roo cleaning so we we supplied with more than enough clean towels and toiletries. Outside terrace was dirty but we did not intend to use it anyway. Watermarks were visible on furniture and shower could use a deep clean. Our plan included breakfast at Orange Blosson which was filling and delicious. Most of the staff at hotel were pleasant, but special shout out to the bell boys T and Pierre, they were the most helpful.

Bestilt rom til 3 voksne, og fikk til 2. Byttet så til rom med sofabed, men denne var ødelagt, så 1 lå på roll up bed. Sofa var revet i stykker, og håndtaket på toalettdøren var ødelagt.
