OK if you are not looking for the "best"”
Location was excellent and the lady who was there to check us in was very helpful. No bells and whistles about the room. Bathroom was very small and in need of repair to plumbing and fixtures. Door did not shut to the outside properly and you could see light coming in around it. It was OK for a one night stay but we probably not stay there again.
This hotel was in a great location with walking the strip of Gatlinburg. The hotel itself needs upgraded. The shower curtain in our room at mold on it. The mini fridge froze everything in it, including my kids milk for bedtime that we packed. The pictures are deceiving. We had a room with a loft that had a bed in it and it was a lot smaller then the pictures online showed. My oldest kept hitting her head on the beams bc they were so low. Our room was suppose to be a non smoking room but smelled like smoke.
First off the tv, phone, and hair dryer did not work. I complained to the front desk which did no good because no one ever came to fix said issues. The elevator and whole site was very dirty and the mop bucket was left abandoned full of water in the only elevator. The last night took the cake, though. The roof leaked and it was like a waterfall on the bed. I called the front desk and she said she would call me right back after she called the manager. An hour later I called her back and she said “there is nothing we can do, we are booked so we have no other rooms available but if you check out we will refund you for tonight” after telling her we have no other options at 9 pm with a 9 month, 4 year and 8 year old. We had to sleep on the floor like an animal! We will never use a Days Inn anywhere after this experience! The fact that the leak was so bad is soaked the entire bed and we were told there is nothing they could do? Ridiculous! They had no cot to offer at least.

The picture I saw online, was NOTHING like how the room looked! The bathroom had a pocket door, the plumbing underneath the sink was duct taped together, and the shower had no separation in the floor (no tub, or wall separating the two). The entrance door had a huge gap that you could see the outside through. NO Wi-fi....our first room, you couldn't even shut curtains. Requested another room......

They canceled the lady ahead of me with out her knowledge. I had small dog dog no pets. Allowed.
We choose this hotel for the location on the main strip! We loved being close and able to walk to everything! Nice hotel, friendly staff, and overall great experience!
Very disappointed in the room, drawer fronts broken and lying on the floor on the dresser, microwave not working, ice machine out of order, would not recommend they'd this facility to anyone.
Staff courteous. Good continental breakfast. Room was spacious. It was kept clean daily. Only con was shower head no good. Didn't rotate to well. Overall good

Horrible , furniture broken , outlets won't keep plugs in ,hair dryer fixing to catch on fire(red),got another one plug broken ,could not plug light in for microwave and frig at the same outlet . breakfast milk was frozen not well stocked for breakfast had to keep asking for stuff and cold eggs. Microwave had to be changed out not working right.plug wouldn't stay in outlet. Need UPDATED VERY BAD VERY RUN DOWN I TOOK PICTURES. NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKe on the website . won't do again there
We only had water for about 10 minutes out of three days. The room reservation was messed up in the system. They put us in the wrong room two times. The night shift woman was an excellent attendant and did everything in her power to help each night we needed something. The manager did not care about customer service. The maintenance man wasn’t very proactive, energetic or professional. The location was great with it being right on Parkway I would not stay here again on my future stays.
Needs improvement ”
The first morning we had no water in our room. Called the front desk, told there was a leak and would be fixed in 15 minutes. An hour later, no water, called front desk again. This time the lady said she would check and call back. Another hour goes by, no water and no call from the office. I go down to the office and the lady tells me she has been busy and will go check now. She comes back and tells me this time she promised it would be back on in 15 minutes. About 30 minutes later it was back on, but only cold. I sent an email to Days Inn on their website but have yet to get any response at all.
