I was happy to see how centrally located the hotel was. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My flight came in HOURS before check in and they let me check in early before 3pm (free of charge). This is why I will come back and send my friends and family here. You don't get service like this anymore. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. There was a fully stacked bar, umbrella, robes , safe and iron in our closet! Nice big shower that was a nice touch! It was also nice that Ocean Drive was just 2 min away from us for a nice romantic stroll. Thank you Dream South Beach for a great experience!

Very pleasent and accommodating”
We live here, in Miami, and just wanted to stay in Sobe for the night. We were very pleased with Dream! All the staff was very nice, helpful and professional. They let us check in early as well! The room was clean and unique. They are connected to Naked Taco, which happens to be one of my favorite spots to eat! You are also able to access their beach chairs at no cost, which was great! It's very conveniently located in the heart of sobe. I would def recommend and would stay here again!

Very Happy”
The Dream was a great hotel in an amazing location. We were able to check in a little early when we arrived and were given a small, but very nicely designed room. We had an issue with the AC not working, but an engineer was sent up right away and we were later given a new room when they couldn't get it to work. It was totally painless. The rooftop pool is lovely and although we didn't eat at Naked Taco, it looked really good and I loved that you could have it sent to your room or up to the pool. The only thing I think could be improved is the lighting in the rooms, but I feel that way about most hotels.

Great location & friendly helpful staff”
We are having a wonderful time and the staff are excellent and super helpful. Its South Beach so prices are high and the hotel guestrooms need an upgrade. The rooftop pool has just been redone, so it seems a PIP is in place.

A great spot, would likely return. Room was a bit dark. Great for sleeping, not as great when wife getting ready to go out, or for me to shave. Shower good, water sometimes warm, not hot. A bit too early, staff vacuuming stair way, or similar noise, could have waited to later. Aside from these, place was great, staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.

A bit shabby”
The staff was very helpful and polite and friendly. The room was a bit shabby. There was paint peeling off the walls in the corners and on the ceiling. There were places where the paint was damaged on the walls and was an eyesore. The floor of the shower was quite cracked and there was a poor repair in other places. There was some mold on the ceiling of the shower and in the corners of the shower. The door of the cupboard for the bar fridge was very crooked. Now, these are minor points, but when I pay this much (almost $400 CAD) for a night's stay in a small room, I would expect not to see these kinds of issues. I wouldn't stay there again. The room was otherwise well appointed and nicely decorated. The staff was excellent.

Only wish was that we had more than 1 night. We arrived super early on check in day and our room was available to check in immediately. Upon checkout the next day we could still use the rooftop pool/lounges, or chairs and towels & beach (all free). Rooms are as great as they look in photos. Amazing location.

Good value for money hotel close to the beach ”
My husband and I stayed in this hotel beginning of November. Very nice service, clean rooms. It's good for romantic couple. Minus of the room-it's very dark, no light. Small window, which is not possible to open for a fresh air. The only option-conditioner. Position of hotel is fantastic, in the touristic area next to the lovely big clean beach. Hotel is automatically charging about 10 $ per night for the towels on the beach. (We didn't use once). When finally weather was good and we went to swim-towels reception was closed! Otherwise if you are young romantic couple ready for parties-it's a good place to stay. Bars and clubs just next door. But room luckily was quite!

NO VALE ESA TARIFA”
El hotel cuenta con 2 ingresos separados, nos toco el sector de ingreso desde el salan del restaurant. Cuenta solo con 1 ascensor que demora bastante. Las habitaciones son poco iluminadas, NO se puede abrir las ventanas, los baños son de totalmente visibles desde la habitacion, es decir NO hay intimidad no para ducharse no para ir al baño. NO lo recomiendo para ir en familia. Las 2 noches que pasamos NO tenían internet y el cafe de cortesía se rompió la maquina. Por lo que vale hay muchisimas otras opciones
