Sun+Beach=Happiness”
This was our first trip after 14 months due to pandemic. While it is on a pricey side, the stay in this hotel was worth it. Contemporary Grand Bleach Hotel is perfect place to relax with large clean rooms, an easy access to the beach and its walking pathway along it for the evening stroll. Plenty of umbrellas on the beach, but limited availability on the roof pool, still kudos to the pool attendant who shared his umbrella with us. The hotel is within a walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, mall and supermarket. We will come back any time!

Beautiful though pricey ”
The hotel is basically perfection. Modern, clean, on the beach with an amazing pool. It has all the amenities of a giant resort but still manages to feel more like a quaint boutique. Perfect. We used the pool and gym and received 2 free drink tickets. If there is any down side, all this comes with a price, including extra resort fees, etc.

Compared to beaches in Hollywood, South Beach, and Key West, Surfside beach is best in Miami FL. Hotel room, location, and staff were all great. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a wonderful hotel and if you have never visited it before you will love it. If you have been there before, be prepared that they have cut back on certain services and it was a bit disappointing. Before they were over the top wonderful, and now they are just under the brim.

Had a great time. Valet needs to be trained on customer service. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning to look for water, valet told me how much are you willing to pay for water? That’s not a way to treat a guest. I walked myself to the local cvs to look for water since the hotel had no water in the rooms.

Its a beautiful hotel and the location is amazing. I had amazing corner room with huge balcony. However, on a girst night my fire alarm kept going on every 2 hours, for no apparent reason. Finally technician came e and took it apart and never came back to fix it. Hopefully there will be no fires. Also, beach crew is understaffed. Lines to get the chairs, umbrellas, towels in the morning. Pretty chaotic scene .

Beautiful hotel, no staff, loud parties ”
PROS: This is a beautiful modern hotel with a lovely outdoor pool and lounge area. CONS: There is NO staff. Sometimes no one at front desk. No security person. No one answers front desk phone. This is clearly a hotel designed for looks and no service. The only staff were the valets, collecting tips. Over the weekend there are loud parties with drunk guests running down the hallway. Security is nowhere to be found. It was totally bizarre. It was too expensive a stay to not have perfect service and security even though the hotel was modern and pretty.
