很一般的酒店，就是汉庭快捷这种。明明定的大床，却变成双人床，房间很小，也没有早餐。check在街对面的酒店里，停车很贵，工作人员下班早了，也不知道Wi-Fi是啥，总体而言，它除开地理位置好外，不值得这个价格。

Charming place, but room in front to street is very noisy”
As I got the last available room during my stay I had to put up with the one facing Collins Street. The noise never stops. Bring earplugs! The tall bamboo in the small alley next to the hotel make a lovely sight thoug through the side window.

I was expecting to be somewhat disappointed because of bad reviews but our stay was pleasant. Contrary to the negative reviews 1. Theres always someone (and they are nice) at the reception...well at least for the times we pass by. 2. Our room had 2 double beds, the sheets looked clean and the bed is comfortable. 3. Our key card worked the whole entire time and no random people tried to get in our room 4. It wasnt too noisy. Mind you we were right next to the stairs. We can hear people but we had the AC on, which covered up a lot of noise 5. We had hot water all the time no problem 6. We had a blow dryer, iron and iron table 7. The AC kept our cool!!! 8. The carpet on the hallways was a bit dirty but its all good. We were in our room anyway, which smelled and felt clean after i disinfected everything. You basically get your money's worth

Second time here. ”
Originally I enjoyed staying here but unfortunately that view changed at the very last moments of my trip! Pros are : it’s close by the beach and all of the festivities and fun on the strip. Clean and comfortable bedding, and 3 free drinks 7-8 pm at the hotel bar Cons: no elevator, anyone can walk in off the street (such as people using drugs etc) , Have to walk 9 blocks to get to use a pool tied to there hotel, rude staff at checkout time. They will bang down your door rudely and talk to you like they have no sense. & the phone in my room was broken ! So couldn’t call downstairs to let them know I had late check out. Will try something new next time.

I ASSUME VALENTINE AND SUPER BOWL WEEKEND MADE THE PRICES GO FOR ALMOST $200/NIGHT. I THOUGHT WAS A BIT MUCH. I GUESS ALL OF MIAMI HAS STARTED THIS RESORT FEE FOR SOME REASON. NO MAID SERVICE WHICH WAS TOLD ON CHECKIN. NO COFFEE. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT.

Great location, no baggage storage, not that clean”
Tony front desk person was really friendly at check in. Cons: Key doesn't world a lot of the time so you have to go back and forth trying to get your key fixed. No full length mirrors in rooms. Just the one over the sink in the bathroom. Shower had toothpaste on the wall and hair on the floor when I checked in, so the place isn't cleaned properly. Found out in last night from an older guy they don't have any baggage storage due to covid, yet they didn't even know where you can store bags nearby. Half the time no one is at front desk. For 2 nights I reached over and got my own towel. On day of check out no one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes as I waited for my Uber to go to another hotel. Pros: Good location. Smells nice job check in. Beach towels. Free happy hour drink in a small plastic cup across the street, but nothing special. Very close to the beach Has some noise throughout the night, but not too crazy because this is just out of the really loud clubbing area.

Bad experience ”
Started off pretty BAD. Night before our flight to Miami, were trying to find out some information from the hotel, call them all night but no one answered the phone! Had to contact Agoda, even they were unable to get a hold of anyone from the hotel. Next day when we arrived at the hotel we realized the hotel DOES NOT have a reception counter at the lobby, all guests check-in/out at a hotel across the street called CHESTERFIELD. None of these info was noted anywhere on the hotel website. During the check in process there was a male employee - buzz cut & blonde - super rude. When we went up to the room and we found he gave us a wrong room type. Had to go back to across the street again to clear it up. Thank God two other female employees helped us that were nice and understanding of our frustrations and were really helpful - Ms. Alicia and Brandy thanks so much for make things better.

Disgusting room, Rude Reception”
Hairs in the bathroom, toilet rim looks as if it’s never even been wiped down let alone sanitized and cleaned properly, makeup stains, blood on the blinds, and a dead bug on one of the pillow cases upon arrival. When I told the young chubby Hispanic lady about the dirty pillows, she was extremely nasty about how she handled the situation. We never expect anything of high quality in this direct area, but it was bad. Nobody is ever at the front desk so if your keycards stop working, expect to be stranded in the lobby for an hour so. Not enough beach towels for all guests. Only good thing about this place is the location.

I actually called the police on the manager”
Called ahead to confirm reservation & payment- hotel told us all good, all prepaid. Checked in 11pm, now they added $150 "resort fee". (For the pool 8 blocks away) Argued for 40 minutes. They told us pay up or find somewhere else to stay (now 11:45, w/2 kids sitting at the bar) Every time I walked through the lobby someone else was having the same argument. Checking out- could not get a receipt, either for original amount paid or for the "resort fee". Clerk & Manger argued for 45 minutes. Mgr. suggested I take a Pic of screen w/ my phone. I did, but also took their pic b/c of how rude they were. Mgr slapped my hand, tried to take my phone, tried to grab what little paperwork I came w/ I called police for her slapping/trying to steal phone. Uber arrived before cops.

4 horrible nights if I wasn’t on budget I’ll never stay there and it was non refundable otherwise I’ll be out right away, The hotel is dirty and there is no daily room refreshing, hair from previous guest were all around the room and in towels too ,some flying bugs in the room and toilet were dirty as well there was dry urine spots on the toilet I kept cleaning the place so I can use it and the walls so thine you can hear the neighbors so clear ( I had a noisy neighbors it was hard to sleep ) and you can hear the out side sounds as well, take your trash out on the door room and it will be taken out, fresh towels upon request only, they using COVID as an excuse other hotels provided daily room cleaning and refreshing, front disk guy who checked me in he was a helpful and trying to do his best, security guys were available around the clock and the tall guy was helpful and welcoming as well ,swimming pool was at other place and you need to walk long to go there plus free drinks from 7 to 8 and limited choices dose not worth it I’ll never stay there again, there is many other choices around and much better.
