Parnas Jeju is perfect for family / couple to visit and enjoy the vacation. We had great time here. Most of the rooms have the sea view with balcony. Staff are friendly and rooms are new and clean. Infinity pool is insane and heated even in autumn. I would recommend travelers could spend more time in hotel and enjoy the view and facility. One con is there was accidentally power outage during our stay and only announcement in Korean was used to inform the travelers/customers. Hope the hotel could improve the communication in any situation. Thank you Parnas Jeju. Will definitely come back again.

Everything’s new and clean since it’s freshly opened. The pool is awesome! Bvlgari cafe/popup store is kind of odd but nice to look at. It’s a nice plus to have free soft drinks and beer stocked up each day. Stayed for 4 nights.

It used to be Hyatt Hotel Jeju. I have a lot of beautiful memories in this place. When I heard the hotel was closed I was disappointed for a long time. And then I was able to get a good news that the hotel name is changed and reopen soon. So, I and my husband wanted to stay here and we enjoyed our good memories. During the checkin, the frontdesk staff didn’t responded any of my requests and just repeated routine comments and was not helpful or friendly. I felt that the frontdesk staff was not well trained. But the staffs who were at the front door were great and knew what they should do.
