Decent Place”
I’d give this place a 3 start overall. It was very clean, modern, and in a great location. The primary reason for a three star is the hotel has no oversight of the beach area and more sublets the chairs. It was confusing as they’ll tell you go to blue and white umbrellas but none are clearly marked and there are tons of blue and white. We asked for extra face towels as we used them both when we arrived from the airport and we’re told they could only give one per person and the gentleman at the front desk was rude about it. I think there are definitely better options to search for the price.

I’ve stayed at various Iberostar resorts and always love my stay. I expected more from this hotel in Miami. The rooms are small but they are clean. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. One of my friends that also got a room there had lost their room key and simply wanted another one. We were told we had to wait 5 mins because she was doing an audit . They ask if you want to pay for valet. Valet takes 30-40 mins every time. I almost missed my parasailing booking waiting for my car! I only saw the valet guy once so you basically just pay for parking at the hotel. The pool is nice. Gym is very small. I love this company but I just wasn’t a fan of this hotel. Don’t think I would stay here again.

Rooms are very small. Much smaller then pictures online. The view was not as shown on line. My view from the 5th floor was of a roof of another building and the wall of another building. Hotel was beautiful just over priced for such a small space.
