The good- location and pool area. The rest: Front desk is not professional. We stayed for 2- one week stays in February. We routinely saw that it took 3 front desk employees to help a single guest. When we went to check out we experience same lack of competence.

The hotel is located perfectly, however it is noticeable that the hotel was refurbished. However the quality of these refurbishments are not optimal.

Great Location if you want the beach - but over priced”

Typical Miami beach hotel but vastly overpriced. There are better hotels within a couple of minutes walk. First night was a disaster with our room overlooking the road and "boy racers" waking us up in the early hours. Then the shower control handle kept falling off (even after maintenance fixed it). Move to another room helped. Room pretty small, essentially not worth the money.

Staff are awesome, food and drinks fab, rooms awesome too. Beds comfy and comfy pillows and bedding. Excellent location. Taco taco across street is bomb!

The location is perfect! Beautiful pool, nice people, gorgeous backyard! 15 seconds from the ocean and 5 mins walk away from Lincoln Road Mall! I enjoyed myself so very much ...!

Good location along the beach walking distance to everything. Nice heated pool, but chairs by the pool can fill up on the weekend.

Ten day break in Miami”

A great stay at the Surfcomber made use of the hotel bikes (no charge) beach was fantastic, as were the staff on the beach, no car was required due to location. One small complaint that on the beach you get sun chairs( in UK) we would call them sun beds, you have to pay extra for sun shades, found that a bit strange. Still a good stay and would stay in a Kimpton Hotel again.

Good location, good infrastructure, good rooms, good staff. Many little things to improve. 1. Don't charge the pool apart, I'd rather pay more from the begining than being received with this annoying surprise after a long trip. 2. Improve cleanliness. Dirt behind the drawers, looks like it had never been cleaned. Blankets and sheets were stained. 3. Improve communication. I've asked for local calls rates and they told me it was 10 cents per minute, but the bill was 1 dollar per call. I've asked for the car and had to wait more than half an hour. Because of this slowness, before going to the airport I've asked for it with 40 minutes in advance, but when I was checking out they took the car again to the parking lot without advice and had to wait another 15 minutes.

Location of hotel was fantastic, beach front with beach hotel facilities which makes a day at the beach very easy and relaxing. Walking distance to shopping strip.

Fantastic hotel, great staff and great location”

Location was fantastic… great choice of restaurants and shops and you are right on the beach, Hotel in general is thoughtfully designed and you can feel the quality, the service is thoughtful too, there always coffee in the lobby in the morning, flavored water in the day, by the pool you’re served little treats, they provide sun cream… nice touches! Room was clean, nicely furnished and finished to a high standard, a decent size and well equipped (iPod/pad dock, decent mini bar and so on… All the staff were super friendly and helpful! A special mention to the pool boys – very personable and helpful, legends! Pool food was decent and not too steep. One could go down to the beach, you’d have to pay for sunbeds… we never bothered. Only weak point would be the hotel restaurant… you may wonder why one would you eat in the hotel when you are so well located? I do to, but we had a trip to the Everglades organized by the concierge and were pushed for time so grabbed breakfast there… it was poor, very poor! Other people have complained about an automatic tip been added to all drinks/food you order in the hotel… it seemed pretty standard everywhere in Miami to be honest, my opinion… it’s no different to life in Europe and on the balance, they deserved it.

마이애미 사우스비치에 머물 예정이라면 추천해요. 호텔 내 풀장도 괜찮구요 (투숙객한테 무료, 유료 카바나는 구매해야함) 호텔 바로 앞에 사우스비치도 걸어서 바로 나가고 유료 카바나 말고 선베드는 무료로 사용가능해요. (파라솔은 유료) 쇼핑거리 링컨로드도 걸어서 5분거리내에 다 있구요, 호텔 근처에 레스토랑 카페 펍 다 있어서 위치 좋은거 같아요. 다만 다운타운이랑은 거리가 쫌 있어서 여행동선 잘 생각해서 예약하는게 좋을거 같아요. 호텔내 식당 음식도 맛있고 아이스카페라떼 9불 넘는데 맛있었어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 사우스비치에만 머물 예정이라면 추천합니다.

여기로 그냥 선택해야되요. 다른데 가면 낭패에요. 수영장도 크고 객실도 깨끗하고 창문도 잘 열려서 환기도 잘됨. 직원들 엄청 친절하고 룸서비스도 맛있고 소셜음식점은 정말 환상입니다.

Hotellets läge ligger mycket bra mitt på stranden, och poolområdet med lounge musik rekommenderas att hänga vid om ni är här för att sola. Även lobbyn med bar/restaurang är trevlig att ta en drink i innan man går ut på kvällen. Rummen är ok men inte lyxiga, och utsikten finns mot innergården eller mot angränsande hotell. Ingen av utsikterna är speciellt bra, väljer ni den mot angränsande hotell ser ni rakt in i en husfasad bara någon meter från ert fönster, utsikten mot gården är något bättre. Man betalar framförallt för läget och inte för någon lyx eller något extra.
