Very dissatisfied ”

My Husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon vacation. Due to covid the hotel required guest to be out of room (Nobody wore mask) while cleaning pointless right but housekeeping would come whenever we had 3 different situations about that while staying there we would be gone at-least 4 hours housekeeping would arrive at 9am. Housekeeping came in on my husband and I while we were nude pissed me off tried to call front desk they stopped answering the phone. Contacted the hotel manager via email she was sweet and very apologetic. Overall not a good stay at all we would never stay at this hotel again!!!!!

The room was clean, the hotel itself was newly remodeled and clean. I had two different encounters with staff which was not terrible but not amazing either. For example, I received a lot of attitude when I mentioned at 7:30am that the medium roast coffee was cold. Turns out the medium roast was freshly brewed but located in the dark roast carafe..... which required a lot of attitude to explain to me. Probably my biggest complaint and what left the biggest impression was related to their free breakfast. Due to Covid, their usual breakfast buffet is now served in to go bags, which was fine and expected. But their idea of breakfast is a mini prepackaged muffin and a fruit cup. If you are fine with this, great, but I was really relying on the free breakfast to sustain me till lunch, so I was very disappointed.

Rooms are extremely clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are big and modern. The whole building was renovated and it looks awesome. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel has shops and restaurants close which is very convenient. The beaches and at Andrews state park is close too.
