Great value ”
The lobby and staff are great! The pool area is perfect with an outside bar and direct beach access. The rooms are pretty basic, but clean and tidy. For the price you can't beat it. Great location, within walking to Walgreens and other shops. There's a cute little bar below the lobby, with a pool table and the bartender was super helpful. Would Def recommend to anyone traveling to Miami Beach, espically if you're on a budget.

Everything was very good except the TV was not very good, no way to watch your Netflix account and very limited channels but we where gone most of the time but the little time that we where chilling out at night we needed more options for the TV.

Location is excellent ”
Our check in was at 3 but we checked in at 6 and room still wasn't ready. We had to wait about an hour 😩 i have 2 small kids 2&5 it was kinda disappointing but we did travel on Christmas day so i guess i should understand they were understand stuffed and fully booked. Facility was great pool was nice area was beautiful walking distance to restaurants and they have parking but you have to pay for it daily. (Separate charge) stuff were friendly. I like the hotel. Would recommend it.

great place - for reasonable price”
we stayed during art basel miami for a week. the place is situated in a great are next to all other important art venues. thus not far from faena forum, galleries and good beaches. take a bus and go to south beach. its a good neighborhood with a private touch to it. - the hotel itself is standard american. housekeeping is friendly and overall good.

Great hotel in a goid location ”
We really liked this hotel. The lobby area is modern and impressive. Our room was huge with a modern bathroom and two comfy beds and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good too. It's in a nice area with a few bars and restaurants nearby and an uber to south beach is cheap. The only negative for us was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in our room, you have to go to the lobby for this which was a pain. I'd recommend this hotel and we'd stay here again.

The staff was VERY helpful, especially Santiago and Milady. The pool and pool area were beautiful and very clean. The room was old looking and very musty, and missing helpful things such as microwave. But for the money it was OK. I would go back because it was affordable and we LOVED the pool. Overall staff was great

Marginal”
First of four nights; At best 3 star motel. Staff was ok, hard to understand, checking in very slow. Hotel is Old: musty corridor smell, needs updating. Pay extra $36 per night parking. Room was okay … got a double double ocean side with a balcony as expected, but it was disappointing… small beds; no refrigerator; no microwave; very small and outdated bathroom. Room is noisy heard voices, sink faucet squeaks from above and low rumble of generators or something all night. Wind blows and howled through closed windows and balcony door, the drapes blowing all night. everything has a sticky film on it from the salt air coming into the room. Light and sounds through the door. Beds are comfortable! Balcony and view are fantastic! Price point is expensive overall but affordable and good value for being on the beach. Good access to the beach! Pool is not heated and colder than the ocean. Paid $16 for one drink at the pool bar. The drink was dreadful… no idea what was used to make it taste like drinking perfume. The bar staff are very young, inexperienced and under trained. Breakfast is additionally $23 per person.
