Decent for the price”
Few complaints. Resort fee was more than expected, ($25+ tax a night) there was no sign to decline room service. Didn’t like coming back knowing someone was in my room. Rooms were decent though. Not the nicest, but sufficient. Kitchen isn’t much.

Our first time staying in south beach. Hotel is above average for the area. Our room has a nice layout and is modern but whoever did the work when they renovated did a shotty job. Looks like the “landlord special” in every room. location is great and Free Happy hour from 6-7pm was a nice surprise

Great location ”
The hotel is convienently located near shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are very modern and equipped with everything you need to make a snack. If there’s time hang out on the cozy patio or take a dip In the pool. Loved it. Will certainly refer others and hopefully return later this summer.

Excellent place to stay!. Big comfortable rooms, near every "must see" in South Beach. Public parking nearby. Staff very helpful and nice. Excellent atention from the Manager. Everything you need from a hotel, you get it there. Excellent ratio "value for money".

What made this stay in particular enjoyable was the very friendly and very attentive staff. Greg, Sam, Kathy and Becky made my extended stay very memorable and made me feel almost like family.

Don't stay here ”
First and last time!!!! Our shower knob was broke upon our arrival. We were forced to wash up in the sink and the next day we were told that could be done until the manager came in at 10 am. However, she didn't show up until after 11am. We were given a key to another room on another floor to take a shower, which was a huge inconvenience having to take all our toiletries back n forth. And to make things even better half of the outlets in the room weren't working. It was a terrible experience. And as if that wasn't enough my cousin who also stayed in this hotel had a huge leak in her room the ceiling had water stains, the bed was messed up and her belongings that were left in the room also got wet. She was eve rumored to another room. Overall, I completely disappointed with our stay here

Medicore hotel ”
I specifically asked for a quite room and was placed in a room where the windows were overlooking a construction zone. It was also my friend's birthday and I was promised a small bottle of sparkling wine but never received it. On the last day of our stay no one serviced our room even after we called the Front Desk. The sleeper sofa was terribly uncomfortable. Lastly, the lighting is too dim and the shower needs a proper shower curtain. Overall the hotel is mediocre. The staff were very friendly however.

Nice surprise!”
After arriving to find no parking and initially not being too happy actually discovered that as there is a multi storey car park yards away so it was not to much of a big deal. Was very nicely surprised when we entered the room, a fully functional kitchen, large living space and bedroom with walk in wardrobe. The only slight niggle would be that the pool is little more than a pond but enough to cool off in and with South Beach in the next street it wasn't a problem. Nice staff there, particuarly Anne on reception.

This hotel is perfectly placed for exploring South beach - easy to get to the Art Deco precinct, beach and the vast array of restaurants and bars. Great amenities, with small kitchette and dining area. We loved our free upgrade!

Staff was pretty helpful, near beach, free happy hour everyday 7pm-8pm at a nearby bar. Great price for how nice the room is and how close to the beach you are. Delicious Cuban Restaurant nearby as well.

Dingy Rooms and Amateur Staff”
Quirky, Good Location, old I booked two rooms for 2 couples. One room was okay with a view of the street, which turned out to be much brighter than the other room. When we arrived at the other room the card did not work and the door was bolted. The staff member entered using keys and shyly said he will get us another room. Very mysterious. The new room was very dark. I normally don't complain about such thinks, but even during the day you couldn't even see anything in there. The bed took up the entire room and was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was dirty, floored sagged. We asked to change rooms and the Manager was very rude. It took an extremely long time to check in and out for some reason. With so many other hotels in the area, there is no need to stay here whatsoever. We almost forfeited a night we already paid for to leave this hotel.

beware of this hotel im not lieing or exaggurating”
it was a nightmare! the toilett was having flushing issues and the stove didnt work.the room was hot it was a sauna horrible i complained and they did little to help ..sent maintenance and the issue took whole day or more to resolve.....beware of corner rooms has more windows and more heat because of the sun hitting the windows..the room was 83 degrees inside i left and checked out early didnt even stay the extra night i paid forliving night mare.
