Great location but not worth the money”

The room is small, but for a couple it was all right. I think the worst parts were —the hallways were narrow, no ventilation, hot; Continental breakfast cubicle fits 8 people max in any given time; tub in bathroom was stained and old. On the good side, front desk customer service was great, bed and bed sheets were in white linen. Granite countertops in bathroom. Parking garage under the building. Location was great as well.

The location is the best part about the hotel. It is a very short distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean,. The hall smelled like smoke but the rooms were fine. He breakfast was very bare but there are some great breakfast locations nearby. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel in downtown Gatlinburg I recommend this hotel. You can park at the hotel and walk anywhere. Overall, this hotel was worth the price as long as you realize you are mostly paying for the location.
