It's an okay hotel. Definitely nothing special. The outside/pool area gives it atleast 3 stars. The outside pool is warm, along with the lazy river. The inside pool/hot tub is okay.. my problem was, it was obvious that my room wasn't vacuumed. There was a fork and a piece of dorito under the table and little things beside the bed. Although, the beds looked cleaned. The refrigerator didnt work and by the time maintenance got there, my husband had already fixed it. They tried to get into our room through the neighboring room when we were unable to let them in at that time. No smoking on your own private balcony was dumb but whatever.

Awesome view of the water park, mountain, river, and main road of Pigeon Forge. We stayed on the top floor (5th floor). We loved the indoor pool, hot tub and water park.

Disappointment”

I thought I had booked a Room at the resort with Riverview. When we arrived we were put up in the Inn across the street only views of buildings. Very very disappointed felt like we were scammed
