clean beautiful rooms,hotel is not huge everything is within reach ,i love it.gym has top of the line machines ,breakfast buffet or grab and go were perfect, hotel lobby has a great bar,3 gorgeous pools with attentive towel service . beach front property and location is amazing near all...highly recommend

Contemporary and convenient. From the pool area to the restaurant to the lobby bar to the front desk to valet: everyone provided service with a smile with sincerity. The four of us had a terrific experience. It is also and a great stretch of the beach that is away from all of the hustle and bustle of South Beach, but an easy 8 to 10 minute ride to that area when you need to go. Looking forward to my next stay at Nobu.

We enjoyed our stay at Nobu and at registration Victoria was awesome! She took note it my birthday and surprised me with a cake, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in my suite! Our Zen suite was fabulous with ocean and harbor views’

We loved our stay at Nobu! It was so beautiful, right on the beach, we walked there every day! The on-site facilities were also amazing, farm fresh food, 3 pools to choose from with spectacular views of the beach, fitness center was spacious and clean. Yoga in the morning. Very family friendly as well. Overall 5 stars!

Nice hotel. But not more. In fact: the old building is sharing between two hotels (Nobu and Eden Roce). Nobu has bigger and more modern rooms. No more different. The famous restaurant Nobu is not delightful. More marketing, than food.

Honestly thought I would have more amenities for the amount of money I paid for my stay. Shouldn’t have had to pay for beach chairs. Hotel restaurants are very expensive and don’t even provide a microwave (at least in my room) so you can eat leftovers. Spent $90 at the beach bar for a burger, chicken sandwich, fries, and drinks. Best part was the housekeeping. They provided us with complimentary drinks and water and kept our room very clean. However, they need to pay more attention to the lobby area. Someone needs to shampoo that carpet in the lobby or get rid of it entirely because it looks disgusting and honestly was the first thing I saw in the hotel. Concierge were very helpful as well.

NOBU, NO THANKS.”
The rooms surrounding the elevators are not sound proof, meaning you hear the elevators in the room at all hours - much like the muffled sound of a train leaving the station. The guest services staff takes notes; however, we never heard from management after 3 attempts and were never offered a chance to move in the 6 nights we stayed. Also, our room went uncleaned a day of our stay. I would say this property deserves 4, not 5, stars as compared to other in the luxury category.

Its a ok redo of an old hotel. Pool area is mostly in the shades. There is nothing close by, for restaurants and nightlife you have to take a cap.

I had high expectations for this hotel, but as a professional in the hospitality industry myself, it was a big disappointment. Staff are not friendly and not helpful. Maybe the hotel is going for the snobbish clientele hence the attitude with the staff. If this is the case, would suggest the hotel to revisit its offerings and in-room amenities so that all facets are aligned.

The room itself is nicer than eden Roc but other than that, everything else is the same ”
The staff on both Nobu and Eden Roc seems to be shared. Nobu classified as 5 stars which is hard to agree. I’ve stayed at the Edition and 1 Hotel on south beach and they are so much better in customer service and staff are super well trained and the class of quality is much better. Will not stay here again.

Very disappointed by my experience at Nobu Hotel.”
Not what I would consider a 5 stars hotel. Got problems with our first room, concierge couldn’t even help me get an iPhone charger. Will not be back. Also, I expected food menu to be great all around the resort.. it’s not. Pay a little more and get real 5 star treatment or pay less somewhere else and get the same thing you’re getting here.
