it was nice great views!
it was 3AM the final night of my stay and my daughter woke us up screaming! didn’t know why but she was staring down the door not paying us attention straight terrified! finally we walked though the door she was staring down and it’s like she stop screaming but was crying! the place is actually haunted wish we would’ve knew that but we ended up leaving at 3:30am and had a 7 hour drive home no sleep but we made it back safe other then that it’s ok

Horrible location, rude staff.”

The room was spacious for the area
No lights in the bedroom just 1 lamp per bedroom. Which 1 of the 2 didn't work, The receptionist was very rude because I booked online. And it was way too high up the mountain in Gatlinburg. It was geographically in a bad area for visitation. Sharp curves and hairpin turns all the way there. Would not recommend and I will not return there for any circumstances.

The view was very pretty The bed was comfortable
I didn’t realize it was in such a large complex of condos. I was looking forward to using the indoor pool and hot tub after a 10 hour drive, but it was so crowded we couldn’t get in it. It was shared among way too many guests. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. There were no dish towels or wash cloths or pot holders. Seems like a small thing but we opted to cook dinner our first night in because it was a real chore to get all the way up the mountain— luckily we had some food packed. But it’s difficult to use a kitchen that doesn’t even have towels or pot holders. Had to use bathroom wash cloths and towels

Our White Christmas 2020”

This was our 3rd stay in this comfortable unit. The White Christmas made it just perfect with the Christmas tree. We love it here. Thank you.
The Roku tv's in the bedroom are not connected to the cable. A bit challenging if you don't know how to navigate the roku

Never again...STAYED out of the room as much as possible”

The view...but only from outside since the windows were so dirty you couldnt see from inside through the giant sliding glass window
This had to be the dirties place I have ever stayed in. Had i seen the roach in the kitchen before the last night i would have left. But couldnt find another place. The windows were so filthy you couldnt enjoy what would have been an amazing view. On top of the filth, this place is a handyman nightmare. Everything needed work. It was a horrible experience
