Unfriendly ”

The only part I enjoyed was the balcony over the water.
The guy that checked me was very unfriendly and rude. Paid more that what I was told then room would cost. And don’t feel like the room is at all was what was advertised.

Great location at a reasonable price. 1 mile from Great Smokey Nat&#39;l Park. Many eateries and attrations close by.

The hotel is a little on the older side, so you can see some of its age. The trash cans in the hall stayed full for over 24 hours. The elevators are a little rough on the ride.
