酒店很美，位置很好，但是设备很久”
干净，很好看很奢华的装修，床很大也很舒服，我们住的房间还有厨房，餐具厨具都有。步行到沙滩5分钟！ 但是在一天夜晚，我洗澡的时候热水突然没有，整个房间的灯忽亮忽暗！非常恐怖！我打电话给前台，一个人来修理了半天最后修不好，酒店就让我们换房间，已经半夜12点多了，然后我们继续理行李换房间。弄好睡觉已经一点多了！

Great Place to Stay!”
After reviewing several choices in Miami Beach, Riviera South Beach was my choice based on customer reviews. The place is located in a great area, two blocks from the beach and 1/2 block from a public parking. the staff are fantastic and the next door restaurant “Más Cuba” has a happy hour with live music every day from 6-7. The pools are fantastic, the room was super clean and there is always someone to assist. Highly recommended!

I would like to know of all the fees when booking the hotel online”
I wasnt aware of the $120 fee for the pool and drinks and it wasnt optional. It was mandatory, I would like to know this prior to booking my reservation online.

LOUD ALL NIGHT LONG!!!”
This is the single worst hotel experience we have ever had, and we travel a ton for both work and pleasure. The live music stopped at midnight. The recorded music started at 1215 and stopped at 630am. We had in ear plugs and turned on the fan for white noise and still barely slept. It is criminal to call where we stayed a guest room. I know it’s south beach, but this was ridiculous! . Stay away!

Sketchy”
The bed on the first floor at least was like a futon mattress that sinks not like a regular mattress. The front desk put me right next to the building doing construction also on the first floor. The Latin restaurant in the hotel though it was still open but pretty empty when I asked the bar tender can we still order he said “let me see if the kitchen is still open” but the times listed as it being open and seeing other people just coming in made it clear they were open but as we ate it really just seemed like the staff didn’t want to work. The place felt sketchy as did the staff. Due to the attitudes of the staff and the awful bed I don’t recommend this place. Make sure you ask if you will be put near the construction of the hotel next door.

Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money”
This hotel is absolutely ridiculous. The staff here is incompetent and are not helpful at all. From the moment my girlfriend and I entered, this place was a disaster. When we entered into our room it had such a horrible smell. It smells like a dirty bathroom. We alerted the front desk to which they said there wasn’t much they could do except give us air freshener. When we asked to have another room they told us that there were no other rooms. Somehow they magically found another room and were able to relocate us. When we got to the new room it was even worse. This room smelled slightly better but the rest of the room was filthy. There were what appeared to be semen stains on the sheets and there were also hairs on the bed. At this point we had enough and asked for a refund to which they said they will not because of their policy. I immediately called my bank and disputed the charge and left. I will never stay at this place or recommend anyone.

We arrived early at the hotel but Amaury at front desk was very helpful and allowed early checkin without any charges and also upgraded our room. Adarsh was also helpful in guiding us to our room which was fabulous. The room was great with a big washroom and a grand fully equipped kitchen . Five Stars to this hotel and would recommend to all.

Be careful when you check-out, this hotel might charge you mini bar items that you have never consumed. I was charged USD100 extra for no reasons, no feedback even writing them via emails.
