(bus #150) - overall i enjoyed my stay stress free, chilled during the day with night time being a vibe. hotel and staff are accommodating and friendly. would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting miami south beach side.

We loved this hotel. The decor was inspiring and comfortable. They were running a sale for 80/ nite, an incredible deal. The pool is stunning, the garden area beautiful fun, playful. We had breakfast poolside- open air, safe and delicious. The wait staff, the front desk pple were personable, professional, and kind and helpful. The beach area was amazing. We travel with teens, this place was just right for them- glamorous, elegant, fun, and the price was astonishing. Do stay here, you will love it.

Ok hotel in South Beach”
The hotel itself is just ok, nothing special about it. The rooms are old but clean. The location is the best, walking distance from everything in South Beach and access to the beach (with beach chairs) was great.

Clean and well located”
The Shelborne was in a well located area of Miami. It was clean but due to it being in Miami, the hotel was smal. Valet was tight but expected. I did book two double beds but when we arrived we were given a king. The front desk did switch this out upon notification.

Wrong advertising ”
Hotel was great, booking from Agoda was terrible and wrong advertised I booked room with ocean view and balcony / terrace on agoda web , after submit the payment they sent me confirmation without balcony and terrace , I took snap shot from the order and they still try to get out of this without taking responsibility, I shoes the confirmation to the hotel and they switch me to that room after 2 night . Agoda have wrong advertising and not taking responsibility for that . I will not book from them never .

Couples Trip”
We stayed at the Shelborbe hotel for 5 days for the second time. It's perfectly located on the beach and farther up north away from some of the chaos. We spent most of our days in the beach. The hotel offers beach chairs for everyone staying in the hotel. There is good and drinks service in the beach. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a great staff. They could keep some spaces a little cleaner. Overall, I recommend the Sherborne for a quick getaway.

They charge resort fee on top of the reservation. Hardly use the pool because it’s packed most of the time and no social distancing. Valet parking is expensive but the staff is pretty quick and courteous. Wish it could be cheaper. Location is great and right next to the beach.

Beds are terrific, with excellent linens. Towels fluffy and many. Shower excellent. On the other hand, awful mismatched furniture. Very poorly laid out. Old stained carpeting. Good bones but needs makeover

Phone don’t work in the room, refrigerator don’t work neither. I paid 600$ and charged me 200$ at the place. When I reserved, it says breakfast included and it wasn’t. Not worth it for all the money I paid. Poor greeting

I’ve used Agoda before and never had issues when I arrived at the hotel for checkin. This time I had an issue and I believe it’s the hotels fault and not Agoda. Me and my best friend went to check in and was told that they don’t have a reservation for us. I was upset because I called days and weeks before to make sure that we were ok and was told that they cannot see anything right now but that doesn’t mean we don’t have a reservation and there wouldn’t be any issues once we got there. Well that wasn’t the case. The person at front desk told us to call Agoda and have them refund us the money so that we can book directly with the hotel and we should never book with them again because they do fraudulent stuff. I was livid! I called Agoda and told them the situation and they told me that they will reach out to the hotel in which they did and told me to provide hotel reservation number. I went to another staff member who was just rude and the other staff at front desk told me to give her a minute and she will speak with me shortly. I told her what Agoda said, she said that she reached out to hotel reservations and they will get back with her about our reservation. I was still on the phone with Agoda at that time and then a minute later the front desk staff told me that they see my reservation now. Like what? Where was it before? It just magically appeared?! While we were there, there was other customers having trouble checking in. This was a hotel issue. Our room was on the 7th floor. Toilet wouldn’t flush, closet door wouldn’t open properly because it is off the hinges, shower not cleaned properly. TV wasn’t working and the desk lamp was not working. TV, toilet and light was fixed by maintenance but honestly if someone is coming into a room, they need to make sure that things are fixed. The breakfast that was included in our stay wasn’t all that. The bread felt cold and stale. The eggs just wasn’t right. The only thing I enjoyed was the orange juice and the hot chocola

Location and hotel is decent. It’s not amazing but it’s ok. It’s fine for the price I guess. It would have been worth the value but the only annoying part is the lack of service. My room wasn’t cleansed all day. I had to call and ask for extra towels. And the towel service and service for drinks and food around the pool is poor. The food itself is good but there’s only one waiter for the whole pool. They seem a little understaffed which is annoying for guests
