My fave place to stay! ”
Sole is the best! Katherine and Juan Carlos are welcoming and super helpful as well as the pool and beach staff. Rooms are clean and food at the restaurant is delicious. Sole is right on the beach and very convenient to both, Miami and Fort Lauderdale. I can’t wait to be back!

Great hotel”
We have young children and loved the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was outstanding. The only downside was having only 3 elevators for the entire hotel. It was annoying to have to wait for the elevator, as could not just take the stairs with it being a high rise. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful! I would stay here again and would recommend it.

An incredible and luxurious stay for a reasonable price ”
Sole is my favourite hotel to stay at in miami. I have done rounds of the luxury scene and Sole is sincerely amazingly priced and located in prime sunny isles.The only thing that bothers me is the high Valet feels of 37$ a day. Valet isn’t strictly mandatory but parking in sunny isles can be hard to find. All in all, I am a big fan, would recommend!

Good but the of the highest quality”
For the amount money we paid, the room wasn’t big. Sink was clogging up. Gym was closed. Sauna and steam room wasn’t accessible. Other then that, was fairly decent. I just wouldn’t book another visit.

The worst part of the hotel is thin walls. Most rooms have an adjacent room. We were able to clearly hear the conversation of our neighbors. It’s crazy when you can hear that much. It was certainly very annoying. The hotel staff was really nice in helping us find another room. Luckily we found a room, stood there for 10 minutes to check noise level before we decided to move in and prayed that no one comes that will be loins. Super frustrating as we had to pack everything on the first night. And also because we lost our unobstructed view of the ocean and had to go down 10 stories due to unavailability. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue for you, unless you got the room with the kitchen suite as they don’t share door with the room next door. Only the rooms that are not with kitchen will face this problem.

Great hotel valet not so much!”
Making this review short. Valet out car on a Friday. Took it out for a dinner Saturday night and the engine lights turn on. Issues on a brand new car. Husband asked to view footage of garage to make sure the car wasn't taken on a joy ride and was given many excuses as to why they couldn't . And oh still got charged the valet fee.

if you book for beach view rooms, u get a good view from the room. rooms are clean, Very co-operative staff. The rooms are too small and hardly much place to move around.

Holiday getaway”
Location was nice being right on the beach When we first arrived to our room we could not get good internet connection we were on the 19th floor in a basic room. You could hear the people on both sides of our room loud and clear. I asked to be moved to a different room and they upgraded us to a suite which had a kitchenette and living room this was much larger than the first room. You can still hear the people next to you but not as much as in the smaller room. I believe people live in this building also it's not just a hotel. The rooms are clean but things are painted over to make it look new but it has a lot of wear in certain parts. If you need ice - there is no ice machine - you have to go to main lobby and the front desk employee gets it for you in a locked room, it is in a small bag. Did not like the resort fees you have to pay each day plus $40.00 a day for Valet parking - this really adds up on top of what you are already paying for the room. They do supply beach towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas if you like the beach. We could not get a lounge chair at the pool it was too busy. Staff was friendly!
