Excellent from beginning to end!”
Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the second we stepped in the door. The Bel-Aire building itself (hallways) and a bit dark and dingy, however, the room was clean and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows were divine and flooded the room with sunshine! The “welcome cocktails” were delicious and much appreciated! Bed was very plush and both my husband and I (who never agree on a mattress) slept like royalty. The pool area was perfect and we had no problem finding lounge chairs, even at 2pm on a beautiful Miami Saturday. We took advantage of the free bike rentals and enjoyed rides along the beachwalk, and we’re lucky enough to spot some manatees at Miami Beach Marina. Location of WPH is perfect, two blocks off Ocean Drive where all the nightlife is (Hotel is very serene and peaceful in comparison). Miami Beach police department is across the street so we felt incredibly safe. Love the staff and highly recommend this hotel!

I loved Washington Park. Friendly & helpful staff, great location, small pool but never crazy busy, fun decor. I rarely visit the same hotel more than once because I enjoy trying new places, but I'd definitely go back to Washington Park.

Small and cozy rooms - good beds, we found some hair in the shower, so cleaning could have been better Perfect location, and the staff was so polite and helpsome. Sunbeeds with towels for free at the beach, we didn't try the pool.

Good overall”
This location of the hotel is excellent and staff are really friendly and accommodating. It was a girl's trip for my birthday to Miami. We had a great time in general however the walls are very thin. We made sure that we weren't loud in our room but we had music on our iPhone playing while getting ready for dinner at 7pm and security came in to tell us to tone it down. This was unfortunate but we realized it was the people next door to us who were very loud and security had it wrong. We were on the first floor of Bel Aire building. We also could hear other neighbors and people walking around upstairs and outside and all their conversations. Positives: great Staff, location of hotel is wonderful, free hot yoga, gym, pool, free water Developments: thin walls, dirty towels should be replaced without request, rooms are not well lit (perhaps place another corner light for dull rooms), smelled a little moldy when you walk in but I could be wrong.

In the pictures the rooms look much bigger. Can just walk past the bed and the bathroom is very small.. Breakfast in the hotel is not recommendable. Overall it is just ok value for the money. Location is great, obviously.

Ideal Location in Miami Beach”
Great central location for beach, Lincoln shops, Ocean Drive, Collins etc Large room in character Art Deco building. Room was well presented and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly .

It was a okay experience ”
The bikes that hotel guest could use were in very bad condition. No open a wine you had to come downstairs to the reception because they wouldn’t let you take it to your room. The rest was fine.

Good hotel bad housekeeping ”
The hotel location is great. Staff at front desk is really friendly and helpful. They are great with kids too. The pool is also nice. Unfortunately and even though the director apologized and did a commercial gesture I have to say that housekeeping was terrible. We had to ask for clean sheet for our daughter crib even though you could clearly see the spit’s and housekeeping just didn’t change them even though we asked for it. Same for tempons plastics on the floor. Too bad because the hotel is really nice but for that I would not recommend it.

Customer service awful and hotel very disappointing ”
After having stayed here in September 2018 finding it very pleasant we booked again for a longer stay to celebrate a special occasion. This was paid in advance. When we arrived we were told the room we booked which was the most expensive in the hotel was not available so we would be given another room for two nights. In spite of our protests we could not get them to budge and eventually had to accept. The room was occupied by other guests. We were offered negligible compensation. When we said we were not happy they claimed falsely that they would upgrade us to a "better" room in spite of us booking their dearest room. This turned out to be a wheelchair friendly room! The facilities were limited, no restaurant and extremely limited bar opening. The rooms were dirty and the staff were unhelpful. Our special occasion was marred from the start. Other unsatisfactory aspects were drunken noisy behaviour, a pool closure and leaking windows. We would not recommend booking this hotel.

Choose another place”
Staff don’t care, rooms are dirty. Ordered a room for five persons, got a small room with enough space for four. They rolled in an extra bed, no where to place our bags or walk around. Staff didn’t care, concierge was rude when we asked about valet, nothing to be happy about except the location.

Horrible. If I could give it a zero I would”
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I am staying here right now and there was only one towel in the room. Going down to reception (as there is no number to call from your room) to request another towel I was told “there are no towels. Not even a beach towel. You will have to wait until the morning.” Questioning the response I just received I was then told “what do you not understand. We have no towels to give you.” A ‘4-star’ hotel cannot provide enough towels for their guests. At $250 a night, they STILL can not even provide enough towels. So if you’d like to have a shower at night stay somewhere else
