Pleasantly Surprised”
So, keep in mind this review is for one of the rooms at the second location. This hotel has two locations: An old building and a new one. The new one was awesome, the old one not so much. Anyways, we were very impressed with the room (and in particular kitchenette). Was way more upscale than I expected for what we paid. Was also free parking right out front, and within walking distance of a big supermarket (next door) and tons of restaurants. Would definitely stay again assuming we could confirm we'd be staying in the newer building.

Would absolutely recommend ”
We stayed in the 6755 property, got the two queen upgrade. Our room was beautiful and modern with a full kitchen. Under 5 min walk to the beach with access at 69th st and 64th st from the 6755 property. The main property is probably even closer with access off every street. Uber to south beach would be around $10-15 if you want to go to the main beach and restaurants which we did, but also quite enjoyed the local beach each day for quick dips every morning and evening! Happy hour at a bar near by for free drinks every night was a pleasant surprise! Just bring your room key! Our time in Miami was far too short!

Worst and nastiest place ever!”
Where do I begin, the place appeared as a shelter. The smell of cigarettes and wet dog was overwhelming..then the sheets were stained with BLOOD and when I told the housekeeper manager and clerk they said" oh that's nothing" yet they made the bed up with the SAME sheets! Then we was told that we had to keep the same stained duvet because they had no more, WOW and as if this was not enough..we had to sleep with the AC off because we only had 1 flat sheet to cover ourselves because they was NO extra linen. We discovered the mattress cover was blood stained also..the icing on the cake..we were charged 136.80 extra "resort service fee" with NO notice aside from the 100.00 deposit! The pool is dirty and never serviced, looks like a bathtub of rain water in the middle of the rooms. When I requested to leave I was told it does not matter there is NO refund so you might as well stay!!! Absolutely horrific!

Great, affordable place 2 blocks from the beach”
We had a great 5 nights here. The beds were comfy and big (had the 2 queen sized bed studio), and the rooms were very clean. The wifi was good and the rooms were very soundproof, except or of our rooms that had a connecting door to another guest's room. The kitchenette was very well equipped, there was even a blender there. So you can actually cook simple meals. In your room if you want to. There's free, cold drinking water stations at the hotel and it's a short walk to the beach, which was amazing! All in all, great stay and a good price. Would come back if I'm ever in the area again!

Muy buena opción en North Beach”
El hotel está ubicado en una zona privilegiada: con la calma necesaria para descansar pero a la vez cerca de todos los servicios, y de la playa. La limpieza de las habitaciones es impecable. Además, las habitaciones son muy amplias y tienen todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. Sólo sugeriría un mayor control en el acceso al hotel ya que no hay portón en la entrada principal. De todas formas, la zona es muy segura.

Mooi schoon knus hotel”
Alleen bij aankomst werden we niet vriendelijk onthaald. De receptioniste Micheal was erg onaardig. Hij dacht alleen in problemen in plaats van oplossingen. Wel een heel erg fijn verblijf gehad in het hotel. Kamer was erg schoon en netjes.
