Excellent location, clean room, nice staff, great pool, pet friendly, international vibe, beach!”

Rooms are very clean. The hotel is great location right on the beach. Pool is kept very nice. Staff is wonderful. Pet friendly. Quiet and private area of Miami Beach. Laundry rooms on each floor. Valet is convenient.
No complaints at all. Already extended my trip to stay longer!

What I liked most is the corner store in the lobby.

I love that room was cozy there was kitchen utensils Dish soap and was so close to the pool .
I didn’t like that the back room was so hot the central air didn’t flow into the back room and there was no Microwave that was a big upset .

The stay was fine. Liked the location. Room was ok.”

I like the location. We could walk straight on to the beach and wasn’t too far from south beach. The room was fine. Nothing too impressive but it suited fine for our stay and the price. Pool area was clean.
I didn’t like that on the day of the arrival I told the valet guy we wanted to valet park and he said no that the truck was too big and wanted to send us 2 blocks away to park. I had small kids and a lot of luggage so I was frustrated Hearing that. I still went inside and asked the host if we could valet park she said yes. I told her what they guy had said and she turned and told another coworker there. The other girl responded with yea he told me last time to tell customers the garage was full because he didn’t feel like driving and working too much that day. That really irritated me to hear that. Just because he doesn’t feel like doing his job he is sending paying customers some where else and making it more difficult on them! I also didn’t like the smell of the hallways smelled like cigarettes and wet carpet. And the room looked clean to me except the roach I saw running around in the bathroom.

The location was excellent, the beach was beautiful pool was awesome. The beds were comfortable good night sleep.
The shower could use a seal on the door water leaked all over the floor making the tile very slippery and dangerous almost fell getting out. A jacuzzi by pool would be nice. Parking was hectic as it is very tight getting in with cars parked in the round about.

Birthday stay”

I liked the location near the beach.
I had a problem with with childs phone being stolen from my car. When I Inquired about it, I was told that they had a policy for quests to not leave anything in the car. I was mad and said that did not give the Valet permission to steal. I tried to talk to manager but could never get anyone on the phone. Also the security guard on duty only laughed at me.

Amazing view”

I liked the view. Cleanliness. Air conditioning. Quick Access to beach and pool.
Need trash bags. And quicker responding staff as I had an emergency extention and they did not respond with possible accommodations until the next day. Noisy but tolerable as by elevators. Parking price was increased before arriving and I was not notified.
