DO NOT STAY HERE - A JOKE!”
Whilst most of the staff were friendly enough. This hotel is a joke. I arrive, i'm not even told about the hotel facilties (i didn't even know there was a rooftop garden untill my 3rd night.) I just found that annoying - this paired with the confusing website that advertises another, far better hotel and its facilities. I thought i was staying faena hotel and when i told them that this wasnt what i was expecting, that my bathroom door didnt even close and that my lights in the room wernt working - the manger shrugged his shoulders and said condescendingly that 'he would be more than happy to get the engineers to look at it. ' Coffee wasnt topped up most mornings, neither was the bathroom additions, dirty and old. to top it all off, i was charged 250 USD BECAUSE I HAD GOT SOME WASHABLE FAKE TAN ON THE SHEETS. They said that i had 'destroyed' the sheets, what a joke, i have been using that tan for years and my sheets are fine. get used to it-its a hotel, i'm sure people do far worse.

Beautiful hotel, simple rooms”
We were there during Art Basel so definitely the price we paid per night 400$ was definitely overpriced for this boutique hotel who has certainly a beautiful decor in the common areas but the rooms are quite basic and the tiles floor which is nice is quite cold and no slippers avalaible. The bed was really comfy but small bathroom and the basin is outside the bathroom. No decor in the rooms which you don’t expect as you see the decor in the main area. Service was Ok but not what you expect from this hotel level and price...

Reserve una suite y aunque em cuarto era amplio, no como se ve en la foto. Cuarto en regular estado. Baño pésima limpieza y regadera sucia. Valet tomaba demasiado tiempo en llegar el carro. Desayuno esperar más de 15 minutos por una mesa, nos tuvimos que sentar en la barra y a otra gente los sentaron al no más llegar en una mesa que no nos podían dar. Además de eso 30 minutos adiciónala para 2 platos de huevos revueltos con tocino. El personal muy amable pero nunca me espere que relación precio obtendría esto.
